Overall feedback is that we need a strong graphic designer that can design into a technical sport aesthetic with range in illustration skills as a plus. Expectation for a graphic designer is that they create compelling presentation of their work as well. Based on the portfolio gathered the stress on Apparel Experience may be shifting the field to Apparel Designers with limited Graphic Design skills. At this point in the process, I would be open to Graphic Designers with less emphasis on Apparel Experience and more attention to strong Vector and Print work shown in a compelling portfolio presentation.
