We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brand and bring our storytelling to life. You will be part of a high-performing marketing team reporting to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing, digital, sales, and other cross-functional teams to concept, design, and deliver compelling visuals across print and digital platforms. Location: The role is a full-time on-site position at our Westlake, TX corporate headquarters. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. Responsibilities: * Design and produce a wide range of assets including social graphics, digital ads, presentations, email templates, infographics, web elements, and print collateral. * Translate brand guidelines into fresh, modern designs that maintain consistency across channels. * Support campaign development from concept to final execution. * Develop layouts, typography treatments, and imagery that elevate the brand's visual identity. * Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. * Prepare and package final files for production, ensuring technical accuracy for both digital and print. * Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions, storyboards, and visual exploration. Requirements: * Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital and/or equivalent experience * Expert level use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma * Professional design experience working as part of a marketing team, in an agency, or B2C environment * Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and layout, applied to a range of digital media and print assets * Excellent communication and project management skills * Superb graphic design production skills * Ability to work under tight deadlines and turn feedback into effective design revisions * Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills * Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully in a fast-paced environment * Strong preference if you have animation or motion graphics experience
