This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.

Experience with digital printers such as Xerox, Konica Minolta or similar using a Command Workstation is a must. Large format printing experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
* Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Cloud)
* Understand, set-up and operate digital print equipment.
* Must know how to set-up files for printing, color calibrating, imposition.
* Preparing files for print production; checking fonts, links and colors, creating bleeds, crops and imposing art when required.
* Communicate courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of jobs. Review job specification from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce job.
* This position WILL assist with bindery, cutting, folding and large format. Actual production of finished product, from digital presses to wide-format printers.
* Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
* Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
* Working with and manipulating PDF files.
* Excellent organizational & communication skills (written & verbal)

Summary/Objective

The Production & Graphic Designer's primary objective is to coordinate and manage the production of all creative assets for the Company's various brands. As a production specialist, must work with the Branding and Content Creation teams to deliver all assets in a timely manner including, but not limited to the following: weekly branded emails and website updates, branded video edits, social content editing, online marketing banners and ad sets, image cropping for websites, and company presentation files.

Essential Responsibilities:

Overall file management, re-naming files, transferring out-going/incoming files from retouchers and other vendors, as required

Manage all creative assets (including but not limited to: digital images, videos, copywriting files, design files, etc.) by brand/label

Produce website content including banners, content blocks, blog posts and special landing pages/microsites across all brands

Design and/or produce weekly emails, site assets, and digital ads

Implement HTML, CSS, and custom layout builds across all content management systems including Drupal, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wordpress. Crop, resize, and ensure proper specs for use across Shopify, Amazon, and e-commerce sites

Produce or design digital advertising and social assets per brand including: display banners, image carousels, animated gifs, and link ads

Crop and resize imagery, as directed, for use across all channels: social, ecomm,
print, etc.

Traffic selects to freelance retouchers and crop/edit imagery to specs for various online placements

Provide support with research, swiping, concepts, mock-ups and presentation preparation; as directed

Edit video to promote brands through Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook

Work closely with photographers and digital tech during photo shoots to ensure images are meeting all specs using CaptureOne

Manage in house photo studio and equipment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or equivalent
