As a Product Experience Design Lead, you will define, lead, and implement the analytics experience across the Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution digital product portfolio. + Repeated experience planning/facilitating/analyzing research, service prototyping, and usability testing.
+ Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills in service of impactful storytelling.
+ Comfort leading and designing within a modern product/service design lifecycle.
+ Ability to guide team members and stakeholders through a design thinking mindset.
+ 3+ years designing in healthcare for relevant segments - e.g. consumer, pharmacy, health plans, etc.
+ BS/MS degree in human factors, design, psychology, sociology, or relevant experience, preferred.
+ Well-versed in the strategy, operations, and technology powering the healthcare business.
+ Experience designing modern data visualizations to tell the right story to the right audience.
