POSITION DESCRIPTION
You must be comfortable selling your design ideas to the client. You will be responsible for closing the sale. Castle has Project Developers who go on leads and sell Design Agreements allowing you to focus on Design.
Your goal is to generate between $1-1.5M in annual design build revenue that meets profitability and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Responsibilities include in home visits, budgetary estimate creation and presentation, writing scope of work, estimating, designing and drafting residential remodeling projects with Chief Architect software, product selections/interior design, preparing project for the hand-off to production, and ordering of some materials.

The Art Department is charged with enhancing the image of our company, as well as that of our clients.
We are seeking an Experienced GraphicDesigner to join our Art Department in the design and layout of a variety of creative materials, including logos, t-shirts, catalogs, websites, marketing collateral and more. In this dynamic role you will apply your creative expertise to conceptualize, articulate, and present concepts.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Develop effective designs and layouts including logos, t-shirts, print and digital publications, catalogs, space ads, direct mail pieces, insert pieces, sample boxes, brochures, etc.
· Design and preparation of digital promotions including e-newsletters/e-blasts, websites, banners, social media, marketing collateral, etc.
· Create, clean up, or resize customer's art and/or logos for various types of ad specialties and promotional products including artwork required for catalog orders.
· Create artwork for film output related to textile screen printing and digitizing of artwork for embroidery.
· Produce the artwork specifications for all ad specialty orders as described on art specification sheets or according to requirements described by salespersons or members of the management team.
· Prepare final original artwork to accompany purchase orders to vendors of imprinted ad specialty products.
Qualifications:
· Technical art or graphicdesign training or instruction; Associate Degree in Applied Arts, GraphicDesign, or Commercial Art.
· At least 3 years experience of professional graphicdesign experience working with print, web, and digital media.
· Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite
· Thorough knowledge of print, web, and digital production processes.
· Must have production skills including trapping color, textile color separation, etc.
· Capacity to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while paying impeccable attention to detail.
· Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment with a strong interest in graphicdesign.

Marketing & GraphicDesign Internship This position is a full-time paid Internship that begins May 1st and goes until August 18th. The Marketing & GraphicDesign Intern assists the Cedar Rapids Ballclub, Inc. Marketing & Content Manager in daily and season-long tasks and may be called to assist other Waterloo Bucks Front Office Staff members as needed throughout their internship. This is an in-person position.
Game Day/Non-Game Day:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and executing new and fresh social media campaigns
Assist the Marketing & Content Manager with daily tasks in conjunction with our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
Assist in coordinating, creating, and archiving team interviews, activities, videos, and photos
Assist the Marketing & Content Manager with designinggraphics for social media, website, video board, and other in-house needs
Collaborate on various guerilla marketing tactics to increase walk-up sales
Support in planning, writing, proofing, and sending Waterloo Bucks Email Newsletter
Coordinate in-stadium posters to promote upcoming events & games
Assist Bucks Front Office with clerical duties as needed
During Games- you may be called to do any and all of these during the season.
Take pictures during games and at events held at the stadium
Gather photos and videos of team and fans
Help with on-field promotions
Help with game-day operations
Other duties as needed (Merchandise, Concessions, etc.)
Hours/Schedule
Non-game days: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Game day: 9 am through the end of the game (Including Sat & Sun games)
