Made Possible.** **The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning all mechanical maintenance work, developing safe and effective job plans, and analyzing maintenance data to improve scheduling, execution, and overall equipment reliability. The planner ensures all documentation, procedures, and work packages support safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance activities.** **Key Responsibilities** + Evaluate mechanical maintenance work requests and develop detailed job plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. + Build and maintain weekly and long‑range maintenance schedules in coordination with Operations and Maintenance teams. + Identify and secure all required materials, tools, parts, and documentation needed for work execution. + Maintain outage plans for assigned areas and support annual planning. + Create purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts. + Sequence planned work to minimize equipment downtime and support production priorities. + Maintain a ready‑for‑schedule backlog; update BOMs, PM tasks, spare parts, and equipment criticality + Review completed PMs and work orders to ensure accuracy and capture improvements. + Support cost estimating for planned work, projects, and outages; track actual costs. + Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, permitting, isolations, and Control of Work processes. + Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors to define PM tasks, frequencies, labor needs, and documentation. + Provide field support during breakdowns, outages, call‑ins, and unplanned events as needed. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline. + 4+ years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler using a CMMS. + Experience in reliability practices and predictive maintenance. + Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, or other drafting systems. + 4+ years of maintenance planning experience in a complex industrial environment + 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, including pumps, pulleys, and rotating equipment. + Working knowledge of CMMS (SAP) systems for work order management and parts tracking. + Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies. + OSHA 10 or 30‑hour certification. \#LI-DL1 **Pay Range:** **$78,450.00** - **$104,600.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Training Analyst develops, directs, plans, and evaluates training programs or activities to meet site learning objectives. Inspect all dies before and after the run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run. Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured. Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Cross-train on other machines. Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment. Switch duties with other operators as necessary. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Read and follow instructions on factory masters. Take correct printing dies to press department machines. Pick up all printing dies from press department machines and return to die room after order is complete. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: * Eight (8) years' experience in Process Control/OT. * Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Control Systems (PLC), and associated instrumentation. * Experience in supporting an operations group on a day-to-day basis. EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE: * BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering. MISSION / SUMMARY: This position provides technical support and leadership within the department. Develop and implement best practices to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction. Develop specific performance parameters for machine operations. Provides support for process improvement projects. These projects will involve chemicals, mechanical improvements, support for trials and investigations of new technologies. The Process Engineer will support the mill's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management system as required. This will include updating operator rounds, auditing of operations for out of range process variables and working with management and hourly employees to correct out of range KPI's. Drive best practices in safe operations and ensure the safety of all operations, maintenance and staff personnel. Needs to be self-starter, be self-directed, take initiative to move forward with ideas, be committed and be able to work with and influence others. Must learn quickly and analyze the data.
