Terrible management had us run equipment when they knew they had a chlorine gas leak just gave us an air monitor. Management decided to save a buck on shipping the product out to get processed at another facility by having us run it in a dangerous environment when they couldn’t find the source of the gas that kept popping up by the control room.
Terrible management had us run a dryer with a chlorine gas leak they didn’t spend enough time to find and fix. A valve was dumping straight chemicals down the drains and the gas from that lovely cocktail came out by the controls for the equipment. They just gave us an air monitor and had us run.
Not much to prepare for if you have a pulse
Leadership is amazing at saving a buck at the expense of worker safety and osha as well as usda violations. A+ for creativity and how they covered up someone jacking off on top of their equipment making food. They didn’t even shut down to clean just kept going. They even got it on camera they never cease to surprise by how scum they can be or how they promote based off who sleeps with them.
