Guy DeCorte is a founder and Chief Technology Officer at Gravy Analytics. Gravy Analytics is a data products company specializing in mobile data. Guy’s career has spanned the product development, technical services and consulting fields. At Gravy Analytics, Guy runs the Product Organization which performs Product Management, Product Development and Product Operations.Guy is involved with the architecture and design of Gravy’s systems and focuses on the integration, flexibility and scalability of the entire “system of systems” and its component applications. The Gravy platform has two major systems: the Gravy Core Platform and the Event Management System as well as a number of product delivery applications spanning batch, API, web and mobile applications. Gravy’s platform and applications are supported by five teams: Product Management, Core Platform, Data, Web applications and Mobile applications.The Gravy Core Platform comprises a data factory built completely in the Cloud based on Spark, Scala and Java and a variety of file types/file systems as well as relational and non-relational DBMS. The factory processes a number of raw data types from multiple sources and creates data products at the detail and aggregate levels. The applications building these products include numerous heuristic algorithms as well as mathematical optimization techniques, data mining & machine learning algorithms where they make sense. On average, the Gravy Platform processes 17 billion raw data records daily, ingesting, validating, de-duplicating, enriching and transforming those records into approximately 8-9 billion enriched records which are in turn used to build aggregate data products.

Jason Sarfati is an attorney in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Jason represents employees in disputes involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, and unlawful termination. In addition, Jason is also heavily involved with the firm's False Claims Act practice, where he advocates on behalf of whistleblowers and the United States government in claims against organizations and government contractors who have submitted fraudulent claims for reimbursement.

As an evening law school student, Jason consistently worked full time in one capacity or another throughout his legal studies. While in law school, Jason worked as a full-time Law Clerk in the Office of General Counsel at Towers Watson, an American global professional services firm specializing in risk management and human resource consulting. During his time at Towers Watson, Jason specialized in negotiating complex commercial transactions and risk management. A significant amount of Jason's work also involved Data Privacy and Information Technology & Security Law. As a result, Jason has a wealth of experience in various data security and privacy laws including but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH, and EU Safe Harbor laws.

Prior to working at Towers Watson, Jason worked at the Employment Law Group P.C. ("TELG") where he worked as Litigation Law Clerk. During his time at TELG, Jason supported TELG's attorneys in a variety of different employment actions including, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, whistle-blower retaliation, and Qui Tam cases involving violations of the False Claims Act, Dodd Frank Act, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Jason received his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and a Notes Editor for the Journal of International Commercial Law. Prior to law school, Jason attended Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
