Assist customers with Safe Deposit Box access. Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring that they have the correct amount of currency and coins at all times. Develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries and cross-sell when appropriate. Efficiently utilize banking software and computer systems for processing transactions and accessing customer account information. Errors are identified quickly and remedied efficiently when they occur. Reconcile cash drawer and balance all transactions as part of end of day processing. Prevent fraud by following policy and procedure and by using good judgement and discernment to identify suspicious or altered negotiable instruments. Use solid judgement when making decisions and keeps the bank's policies, procedures, and reputation in mind. Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and security measures.
