Make a difference. Shingle & Gibb's District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for interacting with a defined group of Customers, generally in the same geographic area, in order to generate sales of the Company's products within that account base by solving those customers' industrial automation applications. This can be done by defending our position and introducing new products/Suppliers with existing customers as well as prospecting for new accounts. The DSM will exude a passion for the customer by exceeding their expectations and building strong partnerships with current and prospective clients. **Work Environment/ Travel:** As a member of the Outside Sales Department, work is performed in the field traveling to customer sites or remotely when not in the field. As a part of the Outside Sales Team, the District Sales Manager is required to schedule appointments to qualify new accounts and opportunities or to further a relationship or opportunity with an existing customer. Driving is required and the Outside Sales Team may be exposed to inclement weather conditions.
Most of the travel will be in the local region daily, however, overnight travel should be expected. Occasional Supplier training at their facilities may require overnight travel outside of the region. Expect 25 nights per year minimum of travel.
**_This outside sales position covers Southern Massachusetts and all of Rhode Island. Applicants_** **_MUST_** **_live in this sales territory to be considered._**
**The expected pay rate for this position is starting at a $75,000 base salary with commission and bonus opportunities** **based on specific and relevant business metrics.** You will also receive three weeks of vacation in your first 12 months of employment as well as sick days and holidays. **Responsibilities:**

+ In coordination with RSM, attends training events held by suppliers to remain relevant on product knowledge.
+ Coordinates customer training on suppliers' manufactured products.
+ Performs product demonstrations with a high degree of skill and technical expertise.
+ Participates in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.
+ Attends Sales Team Meetings as required by the Regional Sales Manager or DSAM
+ Effectively manages expenses and submits neat and accurate expense reports in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

Position Overview:
The Director of Site Operations will lead the overall operations of one or more Applied Digital Data Center campuses, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of all mechanical and electrical systems, building infrastructure, and data module operations. This position oversees a team of Critical Facility Engineers (CFEs) and/or Manager-level personnel in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.
The role requires close collaboration with Reliability Engineering, Design Engineering, Construction, and other internal teams to maintain uptime, optimize facility performance, and deliver superior service to our customers. While this position is not a “Chief Engineer” role, a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems is essential to effectively direct maintenance and operations.

Lead site operations and engineering functions to ensure safe, effective, and reliable facility performance.
Manage and develop teams of CFEs and/or Managers across all shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.
Achieve and maintain facility availability and capacity targets across assigned campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Operational Execution
Execute curtailment actions based on live market prices, operational limitations, and approved strategy.
Continuously monitor LMP price curves, real-time SCADA data, load forecasts, outage impacts, and congestion trends.
Adjust site operating levels when intraday price deviations or grid advisories occur.
Coordinate tightly with Operators to ensure precise and timely execution of curtailment instructions.
Utility / Market Coordination & Compliance
Submit curtailment notifications, operating adjustments, and required communications to utilities or market operators.

Become part of the excitement. As a Graybar Financial Services (GFS) Sales Manager, you will develop relationships with customers which generate qualified financial transactions to meet Graybar Financial Services (GFS) profit and sales criteria. **_The assigned territory will be from the Northeast to Upper Midwest region._**
**In this role you will:**
+ Train and support the sales organization on using GFS as a selling tool; help facilitate sales through the program.
+ Travel to assigned territory to develop relationships with the local branches as well as contractors and end users in the area.
+ Promote product diversification of our leasing program to encompass all products that the Company sells.
+ Prospect and develop new and existing vendor and or end user customer relationships.
+ Utilize and develop relationships with multiple funding sources.
+ Work with existing vendors and or end user customers to enhance their financing program solutions
+ Help to train and assist less senior employees.
+ Make key national presentations when needed.
+ Price and facilitate lease transactions over $500,000.
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of equipment financing sales required and a proven tract record of outside leasing sales success
+ Knowledge of CRM software programs
+ Salesforce experience preferred
+ Four-year degree required: Business or related field
+ Knowledge of the Company's products, sales, and marketing processes
+ Knowledge of basic financial concepts, financial statement analysis, and credit qualification criteria
+ Knowledge of leasing concepts including operating leases, cash flow analysis for energy leases, and tax qualified leases
+ Knowledge of the opportunities leasing can lend to the Company to facilitate product sales

**Compensation Details:** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $70,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also commission eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
