David Constable is a Canadian engineer and businessman. He was appointed the CEO of Sasol, an energy and chemical company, in July 2011, and announced that he would leave the role in spring 2016. He concurrently served as the company's president.

Prior to that Mike managed the company’s Heavy Civil, Mining & Industrial and Concrete groups and oversaw Sundt’s safety/quality operations. He is active on several industry boards of directors, among them: Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT); Greater Phoenix Leadership (GPL) Board of Directors; The Beavers, past President, current Board of Directors; Council On Competitiveness, Member and National Commissioner; Construction Industry Safety Initiative (CISI); Associated General Contractors (AGC) Past Chairman, life Director; University of Arizona Foundation, National Leadership Council Member; The Road Information Program (TRIP). He began his career with Sundt as a laborer in 1978.
