P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. Our AI/Data Automation team is looking for an AI Automation Intern to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office for the summer.
Responsibilities:
As a Summer Intern on our AI Automation team, you will work alongside experienced engineers and data scientists to support the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and AI technologies while contributing to real projects that impact our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with data pipeline development in Snowflake, writing Python scripts to support AI model workflows, and helping maintain our CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions. You'll participate in code reviews, team standups, and sprint planning sessions, giving you exposure to professional software development practices. You'll also have the opportunity to experiment with various Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT, Claude, and Copilot to understand their capabilities and use cases. Throughout the internship, you'll receive mentorship from senior team members who will guide your learning and professional development.
By the end of your internship, you will have completed several concrete projects that demonstrate your growing technical skills. You'll develop, enhance and document at least two Python-based automation scripts or tools that improve team efficiency or support AI model workflows. You'll contribute to our codebase by submitting pull requests that pass code review using Github Copilot and are merged into production, following our team's coding standards and best practices. You'll create comprehensive documentation for at least one technical process or system component, making it easier for team members to understand and maintain our infrastructure. Additionally, you'll prepare and present a final internship presentation showcasing your projects, key learnings, and recommendations for future improvements. You'll also maintain a learning journal throughout the summer, tracking new technologies you've explored and challenges you've overcome.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python programming and common libraries. Experience in with libraries like Langchain, pandas and requests are a plus
• Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (exposure to Azure or AWS is a plus)
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Classroom knowledge of LLMs and basic prompt engineering is preferred but not required
Soft Skills:
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to ask thoughtful questions
• Time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
• Adaptability and openness to feedback during code reviews and mentorship sessions
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative on assigned projects while knowing when to ask for help

As an intern in the Transformation Office, you will gain an awareness, exposure, and understanding of the functions owned by the Transformation team which includes agile principles and practices, insurance concepts, project management skills, organizational change management, business process management and the enterprise continuous improvement program. Please note, this is a hybrid position, therefore, applicants must be within commuting distance of our location in Branchville, NJ.
Responsibilities
Lead/own special projects, deliverables, special assignments related to the functional areas above.
Assist with document preparation that is presented to the IT executive leadership team.

Qualifications
Knowledge and Requirements
Must be a current college student to qualify (rising juniors and seniors preferred).

College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma required. Ideal internship candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level.

The Intern position is a formal training/development position with specific responsibilities within a defined functional area. Project Management and Systems Analyst Intern - Summer 2026
The Company
Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.
The Opportunity
The Project Management and Systems Analyst intern will be offered hands-on experience in programming, data analysis, and project coordination, providing exposure to end-to-end solution delivery in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications or scripts to support finance-related IT solutions.
Analyze finance data and prepare reports.
Collaborate with project managers to plan, monitor, and document project activities.
Participate in meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain project documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to solution design discussions.
Qualifications
Preferred major: Computer Science
Eligible Grade Levels: Rising Sophomore (2029) or Junior (2028) undergraduate students
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic Programming knowledge - VBA, SQL Server, PL/SQL
Familiarity with project management tools - ADO/Jira is a plus
Understanding of reporting products like Power BI.
Familiarity with using Windows operating system, MS Office products
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exposure to IT/ Finance/ Insurance knowledge
This role will be based in Princeton, NJ. The base range for this internship will be $20 - $21 per hour. The hourly estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate will include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Customer Care Mobile device support team troubleshooting end user mobile device issues, assisting customers with upgrades and new device configurations, and fielding general questions around the mobile space.
Assist with device configurations for end users. Troubleshoot hardware or application issues for company supported devices and apps.
Requirements:
Customer service oriented, well versed with iOS devices and interested in mobile technology.
Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business.
Graduating in 2028.
