Paula Fleming is a President/Chief Executive Officer at Great Circle.

Experienced executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Conflict Resolution, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Fundraising. Strong business development professional with a Master of Arts (MA) focused in Business Administration, Human Resource Development from Webster University.

Clay Thornhill joined Great Circle in October 2016 as Vice President / Chief Human Resources Officer, and oversees the organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, learning culture, performance management, associate relations, engagement, compensation, and benefits efforts. He previously served in corporate and field-based HR leadership roles for HD Smith, in Springfield, IL, and Walmart Stores, Inc., as well as operations management roles for the Fiat Chrysler Alliance. His focus is on building a collaborative, high-performing culture, as well as translating organizational strategies and goals into HR capabilities needed to achieve results. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration/marketing from McKendree University, and an MBA from Fontbonne University.

Joining Great Circle in November 2021 in her current position, Farrow oversees all internal and external communications, marketing, referral services and call center functions for the agency. Her leadership experience includes public relations, reputation management, advocacy and newspaper executive management, and all facets of communications. Prior to Great Circle, Farrow led her own public relations and advocacy firm, Farrow Communications LLC, where she worked with a variety of clients, including nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies, overseeing public relations, crisis communications, reputation management, audience development and advocacy projects. Farrow also served as a correspondent for The Associated Press and was an editor and reporter for numerous newspapers. She named a Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute fellow after being tapped by newspaper associations in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Minnesota to research and develop emerging digital revenue streams for newspapers. She holds a bachelor’s in journalism from University of Missouri.

As the Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement, St. Cyr oversees the development and execution of an integrated performance and quality improvement model in line with the agency’s strategic and annual planning. Promoted to her current position in April 2017, she joined Great Circle in 2013, serving as manager and then director of its performance improvement efforts. Through previous employment, she has a broad experience evaluating programs, project and survey design, data analyses, along with expertise in project management and quantitative data management. She has a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in criminology and criminal justice from University of Missouri-St. Louis.
