This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of their vehicle. Drivers are responsible for delivering petroleum products to company owned sites and customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and/or facilities as required by Company policy.
Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items on a daily basis.
Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers on a daily basis.

Requirements
Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean MVR.
Hazmat and Tanker endorsements REQUIRED.
TWIC card REQUIRED
Prior fueltruckdriver experience PREFERRED.
Must successfully pass pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.
Excellent customer service demeanor.
Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.

Conform to Federal and State driving regulations, including driver logs.

Read "Bill of Lading" to determine assignment.
Responsible for re-fuelingtruck, checking oil and all fluids.
Maintains truck interior.
Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time in a variety of weather conditions.
Manual dexterity; ability to reach; able to bend and move with agility.
Ability to lift and move up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to climb up and down tank ladder as needed.
Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles .
Well-groomed professional appearance.

Responsibilities
As a Transport Driver you will drive a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) to pick up propane at the supply point (e.g. refinery, pipeline terminal, storage facility) and deliver it to area AmeriGas facilities. The driver will make four to five pick-ups and deliveries per day, driving an average of 500 miles per day and working up to 14 hours per day. Approximately 80 percent of the driver's time is spent driving or waiting in line at the supply point. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Drive the tanker truck to pick up propane at the refinery and deliver to area AmeriGas facilities; approximately 45 minutes is required to load or unload the truck.
Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker
Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker. The hoses stored on the truck come in two sizes: 20 feet long, three inches in diameter; and 19 feet long, 11⁄2 inches in diameter
Perform twice-daily truck inspections
May climb ladders at some AmeriGas facilities to check gauges at the top of the bulk tanks.
Requirements
3 Years' tractor and trailer experience with a minimum of 200,000 miles
1 year of tanker experience within the last 3 years, preferred
Hazmat and tanker endorsements
Eligible for a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC)
No accidents in the previous 3 years
No more than one moving violation within the previous 2 years

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Loading and Transporting Tools
Load setting tool boxes (maximum of 32 tools per box) onto a 1-ton pickup truck using a forklift.
Secure each box using two 4" ratchet straps to prevent movement during transport.
Ensure the maximum load per trip does not exceed 47 tools, typically split between two boxes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle ensuring compliance with DOT and company safety protocols.
Complete QA/QC documentation for each delivery and retrieval event using the KPA iFortress app in accordance with company procedures.
2. Field Delivery Process
Deliver setting tools to customer locations in the field as scheduled.
Unload tools by hand, one at a time, from the box and place them neatly into Fortress storage box on site.
Ensure tools are arranged safely and logically for easy customer access and inventory control rotation.
Maintain respectful, professional communication with onsite personnel during delivery.
3. Retrieval of Used Tools
* Remove used setting tools from the on-site Fortress box and load them by hand back into the same box used to deliver the new tools.
* Transport used tools back to the Fortress shop for cleaning, building, inspection, and reloading.
4. General Responsibilities
Follow all DOT regulations and ensure logs, inspections, and hours of service are accurately maintained.
Perform basic maintenance checks and immediately report vehicle defects or tool damages.
Maintain a clean vehicle and organized cargo area.
Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
Ensure all QA/QC documentation is completed in real-time using the KPA iFortress application. This includes documentation for tool condition, loading/unloading verification, delivery records, and return checklists.

Job Summary:
The primary function is driving a tanker truck to various customers in a local setting, loading and unloading bulk petroleum products, and completing assigned paperwork. Summary: The Residential Driver is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers. In addition, the Residential Driver is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company's safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle condition reports on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform complete pre-and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
Safely operate truck along designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.
Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers in accordance with applicable departmental procedures.
Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste.
Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies.
Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean waste from the packer blade and truck body (where appropriate) on each disposal trip.
Complete required route/productivity sheets, Vehicle Condition Reports and other reports, as required.
Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
Good follow through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.
Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.
Follow and comply with all safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ and or Experience:
Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.
Two years of prior experience driving heavy commercial trucks.
Excellent reading and writing skills
Specialized Knowledge Required - Including any required certificates, licenses, and registrations
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Must be able to multi-task and have an attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of their vehicle. Drivers are responsible for delivering petroleum products to company owned sites and customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and/or facilities as required by Company policy.
Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items on a daily basis.
Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers on a daily basis.

Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.
