Position Summary
Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Material Handler is responsible for efficiently and accurately pulling material for production orders, performing material stocking and material handling operations throughout the Plant Operations facility. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with pre-determined performance standards for the position and in accordance with all Company policies and safety rules.
All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the company's Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.
Pay/Schedule
$24/hour - $28/hour -Dependent upon experience & qualifications (Plus $2.00/hour Shift Differential)
2nsd Shift: Monday - Friday from 2:45pm until 11:15pm

Works closely with supply chain, sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and support operational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required

**Mission/Summary**
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for representing GPI completely and successfully in all interactions with the customer(s). + Track the quality performance of GPI plants supplying customer(s). Lead periodic conference calls on carton quality for customer.
+ Provide technical assistance in resolving quality issues with GPI cartons at customer plants as needed.

Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Retail Display Technician & Design Assistant is responsible for assisting the structural designers in the development of package and display design concepts for customers. Responsible for delivery and display set up and working with team members to meet the customer needs.
Partial Position Summary
Work with Structural Designer to coordinate design concepts and fabricate samples of design concepts; i.e. containers, interior packaging, and displays. This includes interfacing with the prepress team on creation of artwork for mockups.
Work with Structural Designer to learn and maintain an average to above average level of knowledge with Artios Software.
Complete structural projects, as assigned, on-time and accurately, demonstrating the ability to work independently and seek assistance from structural design staff as needed.
Responsible to ensure store sets and/or Plan-O-Gram (POG) sets are complete, accurate and timely. Works closely with Design to assure clear understanding for POG sets.
Interfaces as needed with customer to assist with requests in a professional manner.
Drive company provided an/or personal vehicle.
Maintains vehicle log according to state and federal regulations.
Inspects Van and equipment for irregularities and supplies such as tires, brakes, gas, oil, water etc. Documents and reports any service, repair or defects.
Ensures effective and timely load and delivery routing utilizing knowledge of Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from van, pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Assists in maintaining clean and orderly staging area, finished goods area, and warehouse.
Assists in managing all Project Set-up Forms (PSF's) for accuracy and communicates to Customer and internal teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or GED.
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written format.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

JOB SUMMARY:
The Feeder Packer places cartons into the production machine feed and removes cartons from machine, inspects/pack cartons, performs quality checks, and completes documentation. The Feeder Packer is an entry level manufacturing position.
Finishing Feeder Packer Job Functions (Manufacturing)
* Feeds flat stock, cut cartons into production machine to ensure they are glued and formed properly.
* Manages production machine stops by safely clearing jams, and system errors, notifies leads, manufacturing supervisors and maintenance as needed to ensure minimal down time.
* Works Flat packing & rework as needed
* Assists Glue Machine Operator in any way needed to keep production machine running
* Documents maintenance report, log sheet, manufacturing QA checks and production
Catches and inspects cartons coming off production machine to ensure they are glued and formed properly.
Checks for defects by pulling stacks of cartons off machine, dropping stack on table, fanning out the stack and tapping.
Packs off product into case and tapes completed box closed per manufacturing specification.
Palletizes as needed.
Flat packing & rework.
Checks level of glue on carton throughout shift and informs Glue Machine Operator/Feeder Packer of any problems.
Assists Glue Machine Operator and Feeder in any way needed to keep machine running.
* Provides relief for breaks as needed
* Keeps production area and machine clean throughout shift
* Responsible for understanding and adhering to all GMP, manufacturing, safety, food safety, SQF, HACCP and food defense procedures (training will be provided)
* Any other reasonable request from management

Position Summary
Under general supervision, the Tooling Technician is responsible for planning, securing and inventorying the appropriate tooling to support the manufacturing build schedule. In addition, periodically will be responsible for other miscellaneous task such as assisting machine operations. Tooling Technician will be required to use a variety of material handling equipment, such as pallets jacks, automated pallet walkies, electrical man lifts as well as miscellaneous hand tools in a continuous production or processing operation. Physically locating the specified tooling, delivering the tooling to the specific work centers, retrieving the previously used tooling and physically returning to inventory. Periodically assisting in other related tooling task, such as repair, identifying non-conformance tooling, designating rework and assisting in obsolescence and disposal. In addition, periodically, would be expected to act in accordance with a Machine Helper.
