POSITION SUMMARY Initiates, coordinates and follows customer orders and shipping details ensuring correct items are received by the customer as ordered and correctly invoiced in Salesforce System. Works with Account Managers to supply the Rollguard product line. Create, process and maintain customer inquiries with regard to price requests and product information and freight quotes. Initiates customer contacts and follows up on inquiries regarding Rollguard product. Gather and review all the necessary order entry specifications and details so the order can be sent to the prospective manufacturing plant or warehouse to be shipped per the customer's request. Communicate with General Manager and Account Managers to meet customer needs. Develop relationships throughout all levels of prospects, existing accounts and suppliers. Review month end order reports with the accounting department. Pay / Hours Pay is negotiable based upon experience Core office hours of 8am to 5pm with hour unpaid lunch. Position Summary The 2nd Assistant Operator helps with the set-up and operation of machines that collate, fold and glue, and/or apply window film to cartons to customer specifications. During machine operation this position primarily does quality checks, places finished cartons into shipping boxes, and palletizes completed boxes. Pay/Schedule $23.00 per hour $2.50 shift differential for nights 6pm-6am Monday-Thursday, will transition to 6pm-6am Monday-Wednesday on February 16 Pay with new schedule will be work 36 hours be compensated for 40 hours. Position Summary Develops structural designs, standard and creative, in accordance with customer design requests using CAD system. With guidance from Lead Designer -Packaging and thru experiential learning, be able to suggest proper board / build materials using Packaging Engineering methods to ensure structural integrity of package. Creates samples and mock-ups using cuts, scores and glues with various materials using cutting table and manual techniques. Pay/Schedule $67,000 base salary. Negotiable based on experience. M-F 8 hour shifts. Schedule to be determined once training is completed.
