Under the direction of the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, the Mold Maintenance Techs are responsible for evaluating, maintaining and repairing of molds. Also completing all necessary mold conversions. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. Essential Functions: Responsible for cleaning all injection molding tools at the end of each production run. Completely field strip mold according to PM schedule. Make repairs or replace components as needed notifying management of repairs or replacements beyond in-house capability. All work is to be documented in tooling files and computer databases.
