**Position Summary**
Provide technical and strategic expertise in the execution of a Gas Compliance and Operator Qualification (OQ) Program. Conducts field and office compliance assessments of company and contractor personnel to ensure adherence to all codes and standards. Administer performance evaluations and assessments designed to determine the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs). to perform covered tasks on distribution and transmission gas pipelines as defined by the OQ Plan. partner with multi-disciplinary groups to develop processes and procedures to fulfill regulatory requirements related to assuring gas compliance requirements and company policy. Responsible for status reporting and identifying training requirements based on assessment results. Monitor key reports and metrics to ensure compliance with policy and the OQ Plan.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Conducts field and office compliance assessments of company and contractor personnel to ensure adherence to all PHMSA, D.O.T. and company standards and policies.
+ Administer performance evaluations or oral evaluations in accordance with the requirements of the evaluation, designed to assess an individual's performance of a covered task as determined by the OQ Plan.
+ Accurately document and maintain records ensuring that said documents and records are legible, accurate, completed appropriately, and traceable to the applicable items or activities.
+ Analyzes reports to assure compliance with company policy and procedures. Addresses and incorporates as necessary new Gas Compliance business processes into the overall Gas Compliance and Operator Qualification effort.
+ Identifies compliance/performance risks and works with the gas operating areas in the development of intermediate and long-term solutions to meet regulatory requirements. Leverages relationships to identify opportunities for improvement and develops solutions to operational issues.
+ Communicates information to company personnel at all levels, including presentations to management and field personnel. Creates and maintains open dialogues with departments, requests information and responds by providing suggestions, alternatives and assistance.
+ Reviews company documents and records to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of all activities.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
+ Five years of experience in the gas utility industry is required, with experience in natural gas transmission/distribution operations, audit services, regulatory compliance functions highly preferred.
+ Possess the technical knowledge and capability to ascertain an individual's KSAs to perform covered tasks and recognize and react to Abnormal Operating Conditions (AOCs) associated with the covered task.
+ Able to provide and apply knowledge of all regulations and rules and the company's operating standards, policies, procedures and processes.
+ Proficient with office software applications.
+ Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize and schedule tasks, pay attention to detail and demonstrate good organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to travel up to 30%.
+ Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.

Experience with energy storage in both utility-scale and/or large industrial facilities, including the following design types, is strongly preferred: battery technology/ chemistry selection, battery sizing, one-line development, site arrangements, inverter selection, cable ampacity calculations, grounding, protective relaying, and associated systems design and construction administration.
Serve as PSE's Subject Matter Expert on all things Energy Storage.
Assist in Leading and developing a high-performing team of engineers and technicians through mentorship.
Act as a company representative at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility, build relationships, and stay informed on industry trends.
Develop and publish technical articles, white papers, and presentations to showcase expertise, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development efforts.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with Power Systems Focus
5+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry with a minimum of 2+ years, specifically in the energy storage electrical engineering industry.
PE (Professional Engineer) Licensure or the ability to get one within a year.
Experience working in commercial & industrial electrical engineering a plus
Master's degree in electrical engineering a plus
NABCEP certification or willingness to get one.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, SKM, ETAP, and SEL Relays.
Experience with industry-standard design codes, such as NEC, International Building Codes, International Fire Codes, and other relevant standards.
Working knowledge of applicable NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards is highly preferred.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $111,561 - $133,272 annually

Position Summary
An entry level position, this position is for a Control or Physical Designer in our substation design group. Be part of a knowledgeable team that creates detailed electrical schematics for controlling and protecting substation equipment, or create the intricate layout and details required to locate and build the substation with all its equipment. The designer works in support of capital improvements, modifications and system reconfigurations completed by construction, operations, or maintenance.
Essential Responsibilities
Control Designer - Efficiently and safely produce Metering & Relaying diagrams, Communication One-Lines, Panel Elevations, Schematic Diagrams, and Wiring Diagrams per engineering Scope of Work documents.
Physical Designer - Efficiently and safely produce General Arrangement, Electrical Layout, Cable & Conduit List, Material List, Electrical Equipment Enclosure and Substation One Line drawings per engineering Scope of Work documents.
Provides support and direction for well executed team efforts on projects including planning, scheduling, cost and budget control, and communication to the project team members, and management.
Perform inspection work and maintain liaison with construction and/or contractor field construction personnel to ensure adequacy of design, and compliance with plans and specifications.
Effectively plan design activities, in accordance with the project teams plans, to assure projects are completed as scheduled. Update the schedules to reflect an accurate status of the project's progress.
Coordinates project development on small, routine projects, including equipment problems, and design modifications required by project changes.
Develops new design standards and modifies existing design standards to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective designs. Checks and reviews designs, design guides and standards by others (including consultants).
Serve as the materials specialist for the team, coordinating and managing parts lists, vendor prints and cut sheets / logistics issues and processes for substation and transmission designs.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Associate's Degree in one of the following fields of study: drafting, design, automation, electronics, mechatronics, engineering, GIS, other related field of study. In lieu of an Associate's Degree: a combination of education and experience in design/drafting, construction, project management, or electronics providing equivalent knowledge.
Working knowledge of one or more of the following: GIS, design software, work management programs, and related systems desirable.
Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and technical codes is preferred.
Knowledge of and ability to use Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
Driver's License may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating and managing materials / vendor prints and cut sheets / logistics issues as part of main job responsibilities or as an additional duty.

Position Summary
The Serviceperson Helper will work with a Journeyperson in Gas Utilization. The Helper position work is associated with the installation, maintenance and repair of the gas distribution metering system. This position is subject to D.O.T. RSPA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program and is subject to being respirator qualified.
In addition to a HS Diploma/GED, the applicant must have the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to be respirator qualified and able to work in confined spaces.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work with others and take directions from Journeyperson.
- Must have team working skills, customer relations and communications abilities.
- Must have the ability to function under stress when investigating and repairing gas leaks involving public safety.
- Must be willing to learn and use computer applications as technology progresses.
- Must have a minimum of (1) year experience in utility gas distribution utilization or utility gas distribution construction is preferred.
