Each Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is assigned to a primary household of 16 Elders working with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: Required: Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration. Iowa Certified Nurse Aide or recent course completion and passing test scores. Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry. Preferred: Previous experience in the medical field.
