Trailer Technician Responsibilities * Inspect and repair semi-trailers, including brakes, wiring, bodywork, lift gates, and more. * Install and replace add-on components such as toolboxes, winches, and ramp kits. * Perform fabrication and welding as needed. * Complete service reports and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications * Reliable transportation to and from work. * Own a personal set of hand tools. * Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with semi-trailer equipment and maintenance. * Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently. * Willingness to work overtime when needed. Preferred Qualifications * Valid driver's license (a plus, but not required). * 3+ years of experience in semi-trailer repairs. * Industry certifications such as ASE or welding certification. * Bilingual (Spanish) is a valuable asset. Lead and support instrument qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and existing equipment. Collaborate with QA and IT teams to implement and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) protocols. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or service with vendors. Maintain accurate records of calibration, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO 17025). Assist in audits and inspections by providing documentation and technical support. Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in laboratory instrument calibration and maintenance. Hands-on experience with instrument qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ). Working knowledge of CSV and CSA frameworks in regulated environments.
