The Inventory Coordinator maintains control of all retail items purchased against utilization rates in order to determine stock levels and re-order quantities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Compiles inventory information for retail items such as consumption rate and stock on hand to determine need for replenishment * Assists with inventory count processes to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels * Monitors inventory levels to provide notification to management for re-orders * Assists Retail Director in monthly and annual inventory reporting to Lodge and Corporate Finance; including accurate inventory balances and accruals * Assists in administrative back-office functions including entering purchase orders, paying invoices, tracking merchandise and costs, and ordering office supplies * Communicates with vendors and corporate buyers and maintains appropriate reporting for any damaged merchandise * Assists department as needed, including typing memos, printing UPC tags, answering phones, sending faxes, following up with vendors on unpaid invoices, damaged merchandise or cost changes * Assists in sales functions including working in all retail locations, phone orders and gift bags * Assists with other responsibilities as needed and directed by leadership Basic Qualifications & Skills * Previous office, administrative, phone, and clerical experience * Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite * Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen Desired Qualifications & Traits * Some High School education or equivalent experience * Previous purchasing or inventory management experience * Previous experience with Inventory Counts and calculations * Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide * Enthusiastic and energetic * Demonstrates strong organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction Physical Requirements * Able to lift up to 30 lbs. * Able to bend, stretch, and twist * Able to stand for long periods of time * Ability to climb and use ladders safely Estimated Salary Range: * $20 annual base salary An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of aquatic equipment, ensuring functionality meets all required quality standards to maximize operating time and customer satisfaction.
