Pros of working at GLCAC

Co workers were supportive and caring

Cons of working at GLCAC

New Executive Director/CEO and many staff are not trustworthy, professional or have the experience. Her salary at $170’s for a few yrs of experience when budgets are tight and staff may get cut due to loss of grants isn’t equitable. Also hires and promotes relatives and friends.

How would you improve GLCAC's culture?

Hire experienced staff to lead

What do you like best about GLCAC's CEO and the leadership team?

I don’t think they gave enough thought to how to hire as the CEO as she was promoted due to a sudden retirement.

Low

Almost all staff are Latino
