The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts-such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
Identify and assess legal, operational, and compliance risks in IT contract.

Your Role on the Expedition:

Your Role on the Expedition:
The Content Manager will manage and coordinate the creation, execution, and production of internal and external content. This includes, but not limited to, traditional and digital content, event and tradeshow content, marketing campaigns etc. The Content Manager role under his/her scope will be a critical part of the Marketing team and take an active role in conceptualizing and producing in-house content. The role will also ensure that internal and external content is conform to our B1 Content standards as well as in-house Compliance and Legal standards. This role will work with the product, commercial, technical and operations teams to design and craft content and campaigns promoting GGA s Corporate, B2B/B2B2C Travel and Health Business Lines. He/she will manage, coordinate and support development and delivery of contractually required plan/program materials. In this role, the Content Manager will collaborate with many other departments in the organization and will be responsible for managing multiple assignments simultaneously. This position will report directly to the VP, Marketing Agency-Content Owner.
Chart Your Course:
Support the development - in partnership with VP of Marketing Agency - of a comprehensive, multichannel content plan that supports the customer value journey, with emphasis on nurturing prospect and retaining existing customers with compelling content.
Work closely and partner with VP of Marketing Agency to sustain the annual content calendar and oncoming internal and partner requests for our GGA Corporate brand as well as our B2B/B2B2C Travel and Health Business Lines.
Manage and coordinate the execution and production of original and engaging content for (but not limited to) email marketing, websites, newsletters, presentations, collaterals, events, advertising, RFPs etc.
Research and source multi-format content for owned channels.
Oversee the collection and organization of information, preparation, editing, revision, and status for contractual plan/program related materials.
Review all content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging.
Be a B1 Content Champion.
Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required, which may include collection, development, editing, and peer review of proposals, training, and other materials as assigned.
Assist in developing internal policies and procedures, especially as it relates to communications best practices.
Manage multiple priorities in a proactive manner to ensure that all deliverables meet established deadlines.
Stay current with new advances and innovations in the travel insurance, vacation rental insurance, cost containment and B2B/B2B2C marketing fields.
Lead on-site and remote training sessions to enhance the skill of marketing and commercial teams.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop strategies and drive innovation.
Provide direct support on KPI measurements and reporting.
Your Ticket to Success:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, copywriting or editing roles required.
Travel insurance industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Workfront required.
Previous experience working with B2B/B2B2C marketing content in a regulated industry strongly desired.
A proven ability to write with varying tone and the ability to translate technical and industry jargon into content that is of interest to our audiences.
HTML knowledge and experience working in an online content management system (CMS) strongly desired.
Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) preferred; Basic to intermediate CS5/InDesign level experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
Ability to collaborate with all areas of the organization.
Effective organization and time management skills. Self-motivated, with ability to manage multi-projects simultaneously, including tasks from both marketing and commercial teams.
Strong project management skills: can manage projects start to finish.

Position Coordinates:
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego, CA office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week.

Your Role on the Expedition:
This role of Customer Service Representative is responsible to answer all incoming/outgoing calls, setting up new claims, providing status of claims that are in process and answering questions about travel protection plans. Position also includes corresponding with customers via email inquiries. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills to listen attentively to customer needs, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and address requests promptly and courteously.
Chart Your Course:
Answer inbound calls and automated call backs, assisting clients with coverage questions, policy modifications or cancellations, claim filing, claims status requests, etc.
Make outgoing calls following up on customer requests
Provide information on travel protection plans to travel agents or directly to passengers.
Documents all interactions with passengers.
Attends weekly team meeting to stay abreast of product information, and procedural/policy changes and department or company updates?
Participate in individual and group training, complete mandatory company training within deadlines.
Follows proper procedures as detailed in performance guidelines, and representing the mission statement, values, and standards of Generali
Manages personal email inbox to stay informed of company and departmental updates

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your Role on the Expedition:
This position is responsible for managing the Pricing function and directs the work of junior and senior actuarial analysts. This position is a technical expert on pricing, monitoring underwriting results, and other actuarial valuation functions. Responsible for planning and directing complex financial and actuarial activities in conjunction with product implementations by performing the duties listed below, personally or through staff. Coordinates with Management Team, Sales, Product and Finance to respond to product, account and market trends
Supports the budget and forecasting process as needed by assessing impacts of changing rate levels
Directs staff to continuously refine methods and models to determine pricing and profitability more accurately
Applies knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of finance and business to calculation in insurance and services
Work with product implementations to develop and price new product features

Your Role on the Expedition:
The Sr AI Digital Operations Specialist oversees the efficiency and development of Generali's digital assets. The Senior Associate Counsel provides legal support for hospital information technology operations, including comprehensive legal and strategic guidance on the procurement, deployment, and governance of information technology systems (ISD) and artificial intelligence. This position reports to the Vice President, Senior Associate Counsel with a reporting matrix to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities:
Advise hospital leadership and procurement teams on the legal implications of acquiring new technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, cybersecurity tools, and medical devices and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of information technology contracts-such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud hosting terms, data processing addenda, and business associate agreements. Identify and address legal risks in vendor offerings and technology solutions.
Advise hospital leadership on legal considerations surrounding digital transformation initiatives, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships with technology providers.
Collaborate with hospital IT and security teams to develop policies and protocols for safeguarding patient data and critical systems. Advise on incident response plans, breach notification procedures, and risk mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of emerging threats and evolving best practices.
Provide legal support for hospital-wide policies on technology use, social media, device management, remote work, mobile access to sensitive information, and enterprise risk for information technology. Ensure policies reflect current legal requirements and operational needs.
Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed.
Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
Identify and assess legal, operational, and compliance risks in IT contract.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, data privacy and security laws, and emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and IoT).
Skills: Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Competency in risk assessment and strategic thinking.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Role on the Expedition:
This role of Customer Service Representative is responsible to answer all incoming/outgoing calls, setting up new claims, providing status of claims that are in process and answering questions about travel protection plans. Position also includes corresponding with customers via email inquiries. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills to listen attentively to customer needs, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and address requests promptly and courteously.

Answer inbound calls and automated call backs, assisting clients with coverage questions, policy modifications or cancellations, claim filing, claims status requests, etc.
Make outgoing calls following up on customer requests
Provide information on travel protection plans to travel agents or directly to passengers.
Documents all interactions with passengers.
Attends weekly team meeting to stay abreast of product information, and procedural/policy changes and department or company updates?
Participate in individual and group training, complete mandatory company training within deadlines.
Follows proper procedures as detailed in performance guidelines, and representing the mission statement, values, and standards of Generali
