The Greater West Town Training Partnership in Chicago, Illinois, strives to create exceptional training programs that prepare citizens for the local workforce and contribute to its economic development. While receiving training at the institution, students can take advantage of many events and activities that color the Partnership's college life. Academics at the institution include two training programs: Woodworking and Solid Surface Manufacturing, and Shipping and Receiving. Courses consist of classroom instruction and hands-on learning. The curricula of both programs are regularly reviewed and updated by local industries with which the school maintains partnerships. The center also provides job placement assistance to adults.
