Pros of working at Green Bay Packaging

I enjoy working with the people throughout the plant at the Coated Products Division in Green Bay, management included. Can't say that usually. We don't have management under our skin constantly pushing for more productivity yet we're highly productive getting the finished goods orders completed. Quality is #1.

Cons of working at Green Bay Packaging

The short orders on the packaging line but thats fine just switch departments.

Green Bay Packaging benefits

The opportunity for plenty of overtime and double time on Sundays.
