The e-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties that support Goodwill of North Florida's on-line sales of donated items. The incumbent will be assigned a primary role but will be cross-trained in several different areas that may include listing products, taking photographs and fulfilling orders. Job Duties Pull sold orders from inventory As needed, pull sold items for customer pick up and secure in designated area Properly package sold product Create Shipping Labels following UPS and USPS guidelines Monitor packing supplies Monitor completion of daily shipments and maintain monthly shipping manifests Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area Meet minimum shipping goals Processing donations adhering to Goodwill's standards and guidelines Regularly meeting or exceeding quota standards Maintaining a clean and safe work area Following all safety procedures Following all Loss Prevention guidelines and safety/security measures Other duties may be assigned as business needs require Minimum Qualification High School or GED preferred Some work experience and knowledge of brand names and styles helpful Good communication skills Must be able to demonstrate good judgment in recognizing items appropriate for sale Able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures Able to maintain good relationships with coworkers and management and work well in a team environment Must be flexible and willing to learn Data entry and typing skills Must have basic computer skills including navigating on the internet and web-browing Must be familiar with key Internet sites including eBay and Amazon Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Must be able to lift 50 pounds Goodwill Industries of North Florida is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of race, color, creed, ancestry, religion, orientation, age, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, genetic information, handicap or veteran status.
