The Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions.
Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Evaluates the patient's functional status, status of all body systems as required for CMS documentation, and occupational therapy needs. Consults with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care.
Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
Conducts patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.

What you'll do
You plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time. You communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and adapt to changes on the road or in the plan.
You handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately and follow all DOT, state, and company guidelines.
You safely operate your tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip to keep it in top shape.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Description
As the Projects 1 Technician, you will have the capacity to transition between various construction disciplines as required. Engineer must be proficient and versatile in a number of building trades which may include; painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen appliances, electrical, and general mechanics.
As a Projects 1 Technician your responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating knowledge and experience in building materials.
* Possessing intermediate to excellent electrical skills and basic plumbing knowledge.
* Having basic to intermediate masonry skills.
* Building forms and pouring concrete.
* Cutting out and patching asphalt.
* Removing and/or installing paver bricks, barbecue grills, etc.
* Digging trenches.
* Operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and related machinery.
* Installing and repairing fencing and barriers.
* Participating in major cleanup projects such as lakefront or storm damage restoration.
* Operating a chainsaw.
* Undertaking any other construction projects not contracted out.

* Always adhering to safety requirements and using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
