There are great team members who generally care about each other, the plant, and the patient.
The CEO has lost focus of the business and started focusing on the party side of visual appearances. The current senior leadership consists of friends appointing friends with minimal to no accountability, lots of scapegoating, and no connection to the people in the field. Sales are being incentivized over employee health and work conditions.
The culture at a grand stand point is fun and plant based. To improve the culture internally, there needs to be a clean out of the senior leadership in retail and retail ops.
Compensation for field leaders and up is fair. Compensation and benefits in the field and front line employees leads a lot to be desired. Unions are a new norm due to the pay disparity.
Diversity is starting to become seen in the field, but among leadership, there is still a major lack of qualified representation by minorities and female leaders.
The discount and SOME of your coworkers
Management is horrible. They treat you like crap. The inly time they are nice is when they want something from you. If they don't like you they will look for things to make you miserable until you break or just quit. HR is a joke and are not there to help you. No growth opportunities. The benefits are expensive. If you are in good with management then you might get a raise. They praise the lazy people who are always on their phones or dragging their feet, and just load on more work to the hard workers. No praise for those hard workers or compensation.
