Job Duties:
1. To provide individuals with necessary transportation for purposes of attending work, school, medical appointments, grocery and/or personal shopping, bill paying, banking, recreation/leisure activities, etc.;
2. To operate vehicle(s) in a safe manner through use of defensive driving skills, use of seat belts, observation of all traffic laws, and maintain proper control of passengers without being rude;
3. To complete required paperwork for the operation of the vehicle(s) such as ATA reports, ILS maintenance checklist, accident/incident reports;
4. To attend staff meetings and in-service training provided by ILS and/or other training activities as needed or required;
5. To provide/assist with van maintenance of all vehicles by keeping van(s) clean, filled with gasoline/oil, reporting any problems to the Manager or Program Director and arranging for repair;
6. To be familiar with all ILS/CL emergency procedures, especially those that are related to operating a vehicle;

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Education or equivalent
Maintain a current negative Health Card or chest x-ray (TB skin test).
Must be able to operate a vehicle and demonstrate safe driving skills;
Seven years driving experience and possess a valid AR/Other state driver's license in good standing;
Possess a good driving record for the last three years;
Must be insurable as an ILS driver through ILS insurance;
Have proof of current personal vehicle liability insurance;
Ability to observe and record data to fill out reports;
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and consumers through use of telephone and/or other verbal means;
Ability to follow necessary procedures in case of emergency situation(s);
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Drivers must have no health conditions that would compromise the safety of the passengers in their care while operating the vehicle. A driver will need a current health examination in their personnel file. Drug testing will be part of the health exam with no cost to the employee. This will need to be completed annually. A driver must have vision of 20/40 corrected, normal hearing in both ears and be free of any medical conditions that could endanger the safety of the passengers (such as blood pressure problems, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.).

JOB SUMMARY:
The community skills trainer (CST) provides direct services to people served by ILS. This person works directly under the supervision of the Managers. Regular contact with the supervisor is necessary. The CST will be part of a team consumers, service professionals, family members and others identified in the Service Plan/Individual Program Plan (IPP). The CST will provide services including supervision, training, assistance and support in identified areas of need outlined by the Service Plan/Individual Personal Plan (I.P.P.). Working one-on-one and in group settings, the CST will increase the consumer's life skills to positively impact each consumer's quality of life. ILS reserves the right to adjust employment hours and days of operation based upon requirements to fulfill contract obligations.

Integrated Supports are designed to assist individuals in acquiring skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community based settings. These services focus on assisting the individual to acquire, retain or improve their skills in various areas that directly affect his/her ability to reside as independently as possible in the community. These services and supports consist of the following:
* SELF DIRECTION - identifying and responding to dangerous or threatening situations, and making decisions/choices affecting the
individual's life.
* MONEY MANAGEMENT - training and/or assisting in handling finances, making purchases, and meeting financial obligations.
* DAILY LIVING SKILLS - training and/or assisting in routine housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, dressing, personal hygiene,
self administration of medications and other areas of daily living including proper use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices, appliances, home safety, first aid and emergency procedures.
* SOCIALIZATION - training and/or assisting in community activities participation and establishing relationships with peers.
* COMMUNITY INTEGRATION - instructing individuals in daily and community living skills in integrated settings. Included in
these activities are shopping, church attendance, sports, club participation, etc.
* MOBILITY - training or assisting geared toward ease of movement within the person's living arrangements, use of adaptive aids
and equipment, accessing transportation, independent travel or movement within the community.
* COMMUNICATION - building vocabularies, developing effective language expression, teaching listening skills, and using
augmentative communication devices.
* BEHAVIOR SHAPING AND MANAGEMENT - training or assisting in appropriate expressions of emotions or desires,
compliance, assertiveness, acquisition of socially appropriate behaviors, and reduction of inappropriate behaviors.
* EXTENSION OF THERAPEUTIC SERVICES - conducting exercises or reinforcing physical, occupational, speech, and other
therapeutic programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Preferably a High School Education or equivalent
* Valid AR driver's license in good standing

Job Duties:
1. To provide individuals with necessary transportation for purposes of attending work, school, medical appointments, grocery and/or personal shopping, bill paying, banking, recreation/leisure activities, etc.;
2. To operate vehicle(s) in a safe manner through use of defensive driving skills, use of seat belts, observation of all traffic laws, and maintain proper control of passengers without being rude;
3. To complete required paperwork for the operation of the vehicle(s) such as ATA reports, ILS maintenance checklist, accident/incident reports;
4. To attend staff meetings and in-service training provided by ILS and/or other training activities as needed or required;

Must be able to operate a vehicle and demonstrate safe driving skills;
Seven years driving experience and possess a valid AR/Other state driver's license in good standing;
Possess a good driving record for the last three years;
Must be insurable as an ILS driver through ILS insurance;
Have proof of current personal vehicle liability insurance;
Ability to observe and record data to fill out reports;
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and consumers through use of telephone and/or other verbal means;
Ability to follow necessary procedures in case of emergency situation(s);
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Drivers must have no health conditions that would compromise the safety of the passengers in their care while operating the vehicle. A driver will need a current health examination in their personnel file. Drug testing will be part of the health exam with no cost to the employee. This will need to be completed annually. A driver must have vision of 20/40 corrected, normal hearing in both ears and be free of any medical conditions that could endanger the safety of the passengers (such as blood pressure problems, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical services that includes, but are not limited to diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapies and crisis intervention. These services will be provided in a clinic-setting, school setting, but may also include community-based settings as needed and appropriate including meeting HIPAA standards (i.e. client's home, courts, Boys & Girls Club, etc.)
Develop treatment plans in cooperation with clients, families and treatment team members and perform reviews/updates specific to organization policies and procedures, state and federal regulations.

Work with administrative support and utilization review staff to facilitate scheduling, prior and continuing authorizations for services, and transfers/discharges.
Complete all clinical and administrative processes, including documentation, in compliance with organization, department and program policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations (Medicaid, Joint Commission, insurance, etc.) as it relates to content and
timeframes for assessments, treatment plans and review, progress notes, services provided, billing, meeting direct care expectations, etc.
Provide timely communication verbally and in writing with supervisor, colleagues, clients, families, schools, courts, other professionals within and outside the organization, etc. This includes returning phone calls, writing letters, emails, etc.
Work with other professionals and programs within the MFH continuum of care and/or other
outside organizations and agencies to coordinate the best and most appropriate treatment for
MFH clients including transfers and referrals to other programs or agencies as needed.
Assist in preparation for, and help to maintain compliance with state and federal licensing and
accreditation regulations (i.e. Medicaid, Joint Commission, Dept. of Human Services, Dept. of
Health, etc.) as appropriate and needed.
Maintain professional licensure by completing required continuing education and providing copies of updated license and CEU certificates to Human Resources.
Specific to School-Based:
Participates in school-based family service or referral meetings, IEP & 504 conferences, parent-teacher conferences, open houses, in-service trainings, school and district committees, etc. Assist with evaluating students in the district, not MFH clients, who are in crisis and may need acute hospitalization.
Provide ongoing consultation and support to teachers, principals and counselors.
