Well aligned.
The people I work with on a daily basis are wonderful.
It’s “a job” in an area where no are not that many jobs.
Ownership is cheap, and does not want to spend much money on certain necessities in order to do the job or provide “resort quality” for guests.
There are no perks when you have to give up a normal life to work there. You have to work too many hours and days per week to even have a life outside of work!
