The Study Physician (SP) is a critical global role that is created to fulfill aspirations of the client Medicine Excellence to take up medical responsibilities of clinical trials within Clinical Development & Operations by a qualified and clinically experienced physician. The SP is medically responsible at the trial level throughout the preparation, conduct and reporting phase of clinical trial. During the clinical trial, SP is responsible to provide state-of-the-art medical expertise to fully execute medical oversight from the Trial Design Outline (TDO) kick off to the Clinical Trial Report (CTR). SP is a core member of the Trial Team and the Evidence Network Team. SP work towards transforming client into a highly competitive performance organization by living target behaviors and AAI principles.
Accountabilities
Responsibility for medical content of Clinical Trial Protocols (CTPs), in line with TDO, in collaboration with CTL, CPL, Patient Safety Physician, Medical Writer and other trial and evidence team members to ensure high medical quality CTP. Medical input into CTP updates.
Timely preparation of high medical quality CTP, which supports to avoid CTP amendments.
Strong contribution to trial risk-based quality management from medical perspective, by defining medically relevant critical data/processes, related risks, and its mitigation/monitoring strategies in the Integrated Quality and Risk Management Plan (IQRMP) as well as in risk discussions during trial conduct.
Timely provision of medically relevant critical data/process, related risks, and its mitigation/ monitoring strategies to the trial team.
Medical responsibility as co-author for development of a robust Clinical Quality Monitoring Plan (CQMP) in line with the critical data, medical quality risks and related monitoring/ mitigations identified in IQRMP.
Responsibility for providing medical input into definition of important protocol deviations (iPD), providing input for compilation and review of trial iPD list from medical perspective, and support trial team in deciding on iPDs from identified potential iPDs.
High quality and timely medical contribution to trial CQMP (and its amendments).
Execution of relevant clinical quality monitoring for Study Physician using aggregated data outputs as per trial CQMP, timely mitigation & escalation of identified risks & quality issues.
Take medical responsibility for agile & adaptive risk based Clinical Quality Monitoring of critical data. Support close to real time clinical data Ongoing medical review with transparent documentation of the activity, related findings, and its resolution.
Timely and ongoing monitoring of medical data to avoid the need for late-stage reviews and queries and ensure the adherence to trial timelines medical oversight by using advanced technologies and systems. Proactively address/ communicate clinical quality issues in a collaborative environment.
Contribution to the timely preparation of medically relevant core trial documents and timely milestones.
Medical input into Data Management documentation for the trial, such as eCRF design by efficient translation of medical questions into electronic data capturing, āInformation for CRF completionā (ICC), Data Review Plan , laboratory parameters specifications for the project, Data Transfer Agreement, central laboratory alerts etc..
Responsibility for the medical content of Patient Information and Informed Consent, Trial Level Monitoring Manual, Trial Communication Plan, Trial Training Plan, Trial Statistical Analysis Plan (TSAP) etc⦠Medical contribution to Patient Narrative preparation, Clinical Trial Report planning and review of medical sections of Clinical Trial Report.
Timely contribution to the core study documents. Availability of high-quality study documents from medical perspective
Contribution to the medical content of responses to questions from regulators and Ethic Committees/IRBs. Medical input to study and site feasibility in planning and execution, patient recruitment, and retention plans.
Response to medical queries from Investigators, CROs and/or Sponsor team representatives and contribution to maintenance of trial FAQ log/list.
Building network with experts and active contribution to site engagement. Support of Endpoint Adjudication (EA), Data Monitoring Committee (DMC), Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB) and Steering Committees (SC) (as applicable), by presenting medical content of study to the respective committees, responding to medical questions and by ensuring good quality of data from CQM perspective.

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements
Physician (MD) (ideally with medical thesis), trained in a clinical setting, and minimum of 4 years of active clinical practice experience; specialization in internal medicine or general practice is desirable.

Requirements
Required Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed as a Physician Assistant in state of practice.
Nationally Certified as PA-C by NCCPA
Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for medical provider is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
Current DEA license to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice.
Valid NPI
Current DOT medical examiner certification in specified locations, as directed by VP of Medical Operations or CCO.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Master's degree required.
At least one year (three years preferred) of clinical experience as a PA in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, urgent care, or emergency department setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are looking for a Sub-Investigator to join our growing team. This position is a contract onsite role at our Lake City, FL site. This is part-time position with average hours between 20-32/hrs per week.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) or Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant (SubāInvestigator) upholds the integrity and quality of clinical trials by ensuring all activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, IRB approvals, and OMRC policies and procedures. This role is primarily responsible for accurately performing visit procedures and collecting patient data in accordance with study protocols, while safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of research participants. Additionally, the NP/PA SubāInvestigator may serve as Study Coordinator for select, limited studies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews, comprehends, and adheres to assigned study protocol.
Assists trial Investigators in screening and review of potential study participants' eligibility.
Conducts subject visits.
Maintains case report forms, patient charts and documentation.
Ensures that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
Collects and enters data as necessary.
Reviews lab results, imaging reports, and other study-specific reports.
Completes required protocol training

Requirements:
Master's Degree required
Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Trained in phlebotomy
Infusion experience preferred
Sound knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ISOs
Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, work independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics as well as conduct concierge medical at home visits to Sollis Health patients and treat them accordingly, with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually come into an emergency department or clinic.
Per Diem - 7a-3p, 3p-11p weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities
Performing medical evaluations and formulating a differential diagnosis and treatment plan to occur in our facilities for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
Performing medical procedures that include obtaining IV access and administration of fluids and medications, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and performing EKGs.
Working closely with a team of Physicians, nurses, and technicians to support you in providing care.
Assessing and treating Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing , obtaining blood for antibody blood tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations.
Documenting your clinical evaluation and treatment plan in Sollis' EHR.
Working closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure all policies are adhered to and that you deliver top quality care in an innovative setting.
Making patients and family members comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have and using patient-centered empathetic communication at all times.
Coordinating additional care with our Care Coordination, and house calls teams or with one of our Medical Partners.
Contribute to our overall success participating in related operational projects as needed.
Ensuring there is a comprehensive transfer of responsibility for any pending labs or imaging to our in clinic providers at the end of your shift.
Performing related duties as requested.
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
Bachelor's Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program, required.
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida State
Preferred 2-3 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers
DEA license required
BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
House call, EMS/pre- hospital, concierge experience a plus
Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings
