What You'll Do:
* Patient Advocacy: Manage the full patient case cycle for SPRAVATO treatment, from initial consultation scheduling to post-treatment follow-up.
* Insurance & Billing: Handle all insurance authorizations, appeals, and follow-up, acting as a liaison between providers, patients, and insurance payers.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
* Clinical & Technical Aptitude: Clinical interviewing, clinical case management, experience with controlled substances and/or TMS/Esketamine administration preferred but not required.
* Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Knowledge of billing software is a bonus.
* Collaboration & Communication: Experience working directly with MDs is preferred; and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Dedicated to collaborative teamwork and creative problem-solving is required.

Pay Range:
The starting base pay for this position in the San Francisco Bay area is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand.
