Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement policies and procedures to reduce claim denials and improve collections. Manage accounts receivable and work to reduce outstanding balances. Compliance & Reporting Stay updated on dental insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Our Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management.
