About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations and deliver individualized therapy services in alignment with each student's established plan of care and physician orders. This position plays a key part in helping students develop communication skills that support their academic and social success.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with the plan of care
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
Participate in meetings, IEPs, and interdisciplinary planning as needed
Minimum Requirements
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of California
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on contract/state)
Ability to comply with all professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)
Current health certificate per state/contract regulations
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for assisting the Resident Manager in operation of the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness.
