FUNCTION:
Serves as a Mutual Employee of Greenfield Savings Bank, and Osaic, Inc. Overall responsibility for managing the day to day operations of investment and insurance products and services through Osaic, Inc. Responsible for meeting with Trust Department clients to determine their goals and confirm their needs.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Accepts and conforms to the terms of the employment agreement(s) executed between the employee and the Bank including a mutual employment agreement executed between the employee, the Bank, Osaic, Inc.
Identifies and solicits business from potential clients through personal contacts and referrals.
Meets with clients to determine financial and/or insurance needs. Provide advice regarding taxes, estate planning and benefit programs.
Responsible for maintaining on-going knowledge of current market conditions, new products, services and tax law changes within the financial services industry.
Ensures that the Oasic offices, marketing materials, client files, seminar materials and new accounts are compliant with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Ensures adherence to all policies, procedures and requirements of the Bank and Osaic.
Conducts training of Bank personnel to enhance the success of the Bank's investment referral process.
Works with senior management to develop and implement goals and objectives as set forth in the Bank's annual business plan.
Learn and become proficient with the Trust Accounting system and all technology utilized in the Trust department.
Meet/confer with lawyers, accountants and other professionals representing current and potential customers.
Develop a customer prospect list from new and existing clients to meet with in order to educate prospects on Wealth Management and Investments & Insurance products and services.
Research organizations and individuals using various methods, including online social media, to identify new leads and potential new markets
Actively call on existing and prospective customers to develop and expand Greenfield Savings Bank's relationships.
Obtain and develop senior level quality referral sources and contacts from business interactions.
Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict the customers' future needs and achieve further penetration of the overall relationship with business owners and their employees.
Meet business development goals.
Represent the Bank by participating in community affairs, clubs and organizations to assess the needs of the community, enhance the Bank's visibility and increase new business opportunities.
Perform other similar duties as required or requested by supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS:
Track record of successful sales/service performance in the investment services business.
Extensive knowledge of investment and insurance products and services and their application and appropriateness to individual customer needs and goals.
Ability to motivate people and communicate effectively through excellent interpersonal skills.
Possess a four-year college degree or comparable work experience and 3-8 years of experience in the sale of investment and insurance products.
Possess a current Series 7, Series 63/65 or 66, Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. CFP designation preferred.
Able to travel freely around Western Massachusetts without restriction.

OVERVIEW

Act as liaison with FISERV pertaining to debit card transactions and fraudulent activity.
Review video footage at the request of branches or law enforcement.
Assist employees with supply requisitions. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Order bank supplies. Maintain supply inventory in an organized manner.
Coordinate courier services for entire bank in coordination with AVP-Security & Facilities Administrator.
In conjunction with the manager, assist in oversight and administration of all Bank properties, supplies and promotional items. Works closely with vendors, contractors and government agencies.
Work with vendors including but not limited to general cleaning and maintenance, HVAC, security systems, materials, equipment, landscaping, etc. Coordinate all vendors for necessary repairs and or new installations.
Implement ongoing maintenance plans to keep facilities in good shape.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Methodology Team is seeking an Operational Risk Management Analyst who will be responsible for assisting and supporting the planning, execution, and ongoing review of the Operational Risk Management Methodology Frameworks and driving change specifically related to Issue Management and Findings Management. Primary responsibilities include:
Serves as an advisor and support the Operational Risk Management Programs specifically related to Issue Management and Finding Management. Manage the documentation of key risk metrics and conduct research and analysis on metrics that exceeded threshold/limits in order to provide meaningful analysis and conclusions to executive leadership through reporting. Explore opportunities for ongoing enhancements and automation of Key Risk Indicators and reporting.
Produce commentary and analysis of Operational Risk Frameworks, assessing the Front-Line Units performance and adherence to methodology levering Key Risk Indicators and risk analytics for inclusion in Monthly Risk Committee Reporting and Quarterly Enterprise Risk Opinion.
Manage, support, and assist with both internal and external exams. Works closely with regulatory agencies and assists with regulatory exams. Ensure appropriate exam outcomes through exam management protocols.
Partner with the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC tool) team to update and maintain Risk Framework Modules with GRC to support ongoing processes enhancements and methodology updates. Support Front Line Unit requests related to GRC.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the Front and Second Line and other stakeholders to promote cross -functional risk management capabilities and compliance.
Maintain knowledge of new or emerging risk management methodologies through professional networking and participating in industry forums.
Ensure complete adoption of the Issue Management and Findings Framework within businesses line and Front-Line Unit in accordance with Risk Framework and Methodology.
Produce and assess Issue Management Key Risk Metrics and report results across businesses and functions, prior to aggregation and executive reporting.
Function as a trusted advisor and central point of contact across the three lines of defense as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Drive communication, solutioning, and process and methodology enhancements through Working Session and Risk Forums at all levels of the organization. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
3-6 years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry, Financial Services, compliance, Front Line Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and/or Regulatory Agency
Operational Risk Management experience.
Experience with Operational Risk management Frameworks to include Issues Management, and Control Assessment.
Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to Enterprise and Operational Risk.
Familiarity with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) tools (Archer preferred).

Retail Banking Specialist I - The Retail Banking Specialist is a cross-functional position responsible for frontline transaction activities such as cashing checks, taking in deposits, and making withdrawals, as well as customer service, once trained.
