Summary
The IT Service Specialist is involved in all aspects of the Help Desk. The role provides support in the hardware refresh lifecycle by provisioning new computers and participating in the Helpdesk Level 1 support rotation for Greenleaf Trust and its associated entities.
Your Role in Serving Our Clients and Assisting Divisions Includes
* Provision new hardware by applying an OS image and installing the application suite required by the user community.
* Identify and learn the software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
* Serve as the Helpdesk Level 1 point of contact to the end user community and facilitate responses to questions, problems or requests for assistance.
* Provide after-hours support in rotation with the BIS Technical Team (one week every 4 weeks).

* Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
* Install software applications on end user desktops.
* Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
* As needed, perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.

The Sr. Commercial Banker is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new business. This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs. Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts.
What You'll Do
Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationships
Nurture existing client relationships by assessing and meeting client's business and personal needs
Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products
Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loans
Sustain comprehensive understanding of current commercial products offered in the market and keep informed of all relevant industry trends and practices
Build and maintain a professional network of COI's and referral sources to facilitate new business development opportunities
Maintain a stable network of prospective customers with consistent approach to calling
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting
Solid understanding of general credit and risk principles, mitigates, and banking policies/procedures; formal bank credit training is preferred
7+ years' commercial lending experience with a focus on C&I lending
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships and working within a team environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and prioritize workflow

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $141,000-$190,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.

Summary
Manage client relationships to perform activities relative to our role as trustee, agent and/or custodian.
Your role in serving our clients and assisting divisions include:
Client Service:
* Responsible for proactive client contact providing "high touch" communication and service to clients.
* Help clients define their needs, goals, and objectives.
* Assist with the development of a personalized Wealth Management Plan at the onset of the relationship as well as development of ongoing strategies to achieve the client's near-term goals and ultimate legacy plan objectives.
* Develop and maintain a basis of knowledge in key areas of trust and estate planning, investment management, retirement planning, and tax planning.
* Educate clients and trust beneficiaries on the terms and requirements of the trust.

* Ensures that the fiduciary judgment is followed in investing trust assets in income producing securities following investment guidelines of trust.
* Works with investment analysts to select the most appropriate investments according to long-term financial goals desired for the best interests of beneficiaries.
* Directs liquidation of liabilities, payment of debts, and disbursement of funds according to the needs of the beneficiaries and conditions of the trust document with approval from the Trust Committee.
* Hire appraisers, as needed, to determine the value of assets and appropriate method for sale of properties if this is determined to be in the best interest of the beneficiaries.
* Provides financial accountings for grantors, beneficiaries, executors, and/or court as required according to particular circumstances of trust agreement.
* Supervises the process of preparation, filing, and payment of state and federal income tax returns for the trust. Including review and signing of 1041 returns and review of other filings.
Support Greenleaf Trust Team Members:
* Provide expertise and back-up to other team members regarding trust/estate planning, tax, IRA and other issues.
* Work closely with Client Centric Team members to support client needs.
* Assist with seminar content development in areas of expertise.
* Track client communications in CRM system.
* Provide appropriate reporting to Executive Leadership Team and/or Trust Committee.
* Actively participate in assigned workgroup(s) for various projects.
Continuing Education:
* Participate in continuing education opportunities in estate planning, tax, and IRA areas to remain current with new developments in the industry.
