Pros of working at Greens Farms Academy

The vacation schedule is great and many of my colleagues are interesting people, but many come from the same privileged background as the students and parents.

Cons of working at Greens Farms Academy

Students and parents are entitled at this school. Admissions needs to do a better job of vetting applicants for diversity of interests, abilities and career backgrounds. Where can children learn about variety of careers when all of their parents come from the same professional backgrounds. The students fit a particular mold, rather than showing many unique characteristics.
