Duties: * To communicate sale information in an inviting way to dealers/buyers. * Responsible for securing attendance response from the dealer/buyer. * Provide support in the way of hotel reservations, pick-up requests, literature requests or any other help a dealer/buyer might need before/during/after their attendance at a sale. * Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages * Assisting dealers with our website, electronic check out and general sales information. * Attention to detail is required, all conversations and their outcome are to be logged into the CRM system. * Team environment, support other teams with various administrative tasks Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism. * Work in a fast pace environment, must be organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-task abilities. * Follow office work flow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. * Experience in customer service. * Required to learn and retain knowledge of most aspects of GAA, and be able to answer questions or assist dealers as completely and effortlessly as possible. * Micro-Soft office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)highly proficient (program used is AS-400, our version). * Need to be a self- starter who follows through until the end of a process. * Some title experience and/or college education would be preferred. * Bilingual a plus!

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician. This is a full time position with benefits. EOE. To apply: ************************************* Duties: Performs a variety of skilled duties in one or more of the building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical, or other recognized crafts for the purpose of maintaining repairing the building. Duties and responsibilities include the following: Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair. Strong in electrical 110 to 3 phase power. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 40 Hour work week with some overtime if needed. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance background. Electrical license is a plus. Must have valid driver's license.
