GENERAL PURPOSE\:
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The Retail Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed.

Maintains a professional appearance, and adheres to the Company dress code at all times.
Performs daily assigned sizing and recovery per company best practice to ensure a neat, clean and organized store that is well-maintained and efficiently merchandised to standards.
Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor with a sense of urgency, merchandising all items per company best practice to the monthly presentation guidelines and maintaining merchandise/brand name familiarity within departments to assist Customers.
Understands the Loss Prevention Awareness program, the Shortage Highway, the Store Protection Specialist (SPS) position (where applicable), and merchandise protection standards.
As a representative of Ross Inc., demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise.
Follows all Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) policies, including the identification of MOS merchandise, proper processing of each piece and the notification of Store Leadership to review and approve all disposals.
Follows all policies and procedures concerning cash, check, charge card and refund transactions, voids and offline procedures. Maintains a high level of awareness and accuracy when handling bankable tenders.

Greensboro Country Club is opening our high-end restaurant and is looking for fine dining servers in the Greensboro, NC area to join our team.
Our fine dining restaurant will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner service. Additional hours are available for events and other restaurants on site. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER
As a Server, you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working in our restaurants. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. When members arrive, you greet them by name and make them feel welcome. As an expert on our food and menu, you are able to suggest choices that our members will enjoy. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.
After serving our guests and members, you check back with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to providing great service, you keep our tables and dining room clean and organized. You also handle opening and closing duties required for the shift you are working. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. You look forward to coming to work each day and enjoy working at a country club that delivers delicious food in a beautiful environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Previous fine dining experience preferred
Country club and/or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you a quick learner who can become a master of our menu?
