Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Allen-Bradley and Fanuc PLC controls
Support production with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automation repairs
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC mills (3-axis), conveyors, robots, and automated equipment
Participate in the design, development, procurement, and launch of automation systems
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and control drawings
Support continuous improvement initiatives and control upgrades
Maintain safety, quality, and ISO/IATF compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process controls
Strong experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Fanuc controls
Proven troubleshooting skills in automated manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of hardware and industrial computer systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile PLM
Familiarity with ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Additional Information:
On-site role at the North Vernon facility
