The Paid Media Governance Consultant role is a key partner within the US Omni-channel Experience team, tasked with building and scaling paid media capabilities. This role will establish and enforce the strategic frameworks, standards, and best practices that govern all paid media execution across the enterprise. Required Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in US agency management; experience in procurement is highly relevant.
In-depth, expert-level knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic, paid search, social media, connected TV (CTV), and digital audio.
Direct experience managing or overseeing large-scale media budgets in the US, ideally $100M+ annually.
Significant experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
Direct experience with pharmaceutical marketing review processes and regulations (e.g., FDA OPDP/APLB guidelines).

Position Summary
Performs electrical and electromechanical repairs. Assist with conducting system grooms and checkouts, and configuration validation. Prepare and install systems alterations. Duties And Responsibilities
Requires limited supervision/oversight and is familiar with the trade qualifications and can perform most tasks required as an Electrician.
Must be able to follow basic repair procedures and instructions to complete the production operations.
Perform basic installation, repair, overhaul or modification in place or in shop to electrical or electro mechanical systems and components (e.g.; controllers, switches, motors, etc.).
Assist in performing component and/or system troubleshooting to diagnose problems.
Assist with the performance of on-site electrical service for system grooms and checkouts, minor repairs and system configuration validation.
Prepare and install equipment or system alterations in accordance with the technical specifications.
Assist with the conduct of shipboard work for electrical system/component evaluations.

Qualifications
High School/GED with Apprenticeship Diploma and additional vocational courses or technical school graduate; and/or military and/or civilian experience with marine electrical systems in a repair department or shipyard.
Must have the ability to obtain government base access.
Knowledge and practical skills tests required.
Fiber Optic Splicing, Deep Submergence Systems (SOC MCD A, B, and C), SUBSAFE Qualification.

Position Summary
The Waterfront Engineer II provides advanced technical expertise and analytical support in the resolution of Condition Reports (CR) that are generated as a result of modifications to the Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Work Documents (TWD) or as found conditions in the performance of work. This individual prepares technical reports/instructions to support contracts, resolves conflicts and/or determines testing requirements for certification of production work performed for contracts, and provides accurate, timely response to CRs submitted by various activities. Additionally, this role provides resolutions for technical issues concerning maintenance, assists in preparation of any additional documentation required, i.e., LARs, DFSs, etc., and prepares sketches and/or drawings to support resolutions of CRs when required or by a contract.
This role supports Oceaneering's Marine Services Division (MSD) located in Chesapeake, VA. Successful candidates must be willing to travel up to 25-30%.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop technical reports/instructions through review of applicable drawings and references, to include all available TVD, LARs, CRs and pending revision information.
Develop engineering sketches or drawings in support of technical solutions.
Produce DFSs for submission to NAVSEA.
Prepare LARs for submittal to the applicable Planning Yard.
Provide support in the determination of technical accuracy and evaluation of requests for drawing requirement clarification/drawing revision to onsite production personnel.
Interface with Purchasing Department, Technical Staff, and vendors as required to develop Job Material Lists as a result of
Condition Reports.
Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications of testing requirements for all contracts.
Provide recommended resolution to conditions reported on Condition Reports. Resolution will include all associated research, identified discrepancies, corrective course of action and applicable Technical Authority concurrence when required.
Provide process improvement recommendations to the Waterfront Engineering Manager.
Effectively communicates with personnel at a management level and outside the company.
Attend project meetings to provide input as necessary.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
High School diploma/GED.
Minimum 8 years of experience in military, government, defense industry, or private industry in progressively more complex scientific, technical, analytical, or other related areas.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant ship repair or Submarine Systems.
Working knowledge of the following: Scope of Certification (SOC), DDS Specifications, SUBSAFE, Material Control (SOC, , L1); JFMM Requirements for Deviations, Waivers, LARs, etc.; shipboard HM&E systems (repair/installation practices, procedures, alignments, troubleshooting, etc.), blue prints, MILSPEC, Mil-Std, ISO/ASME requirements.
Familiarity with various COTS (Commercial off the Shelf) software, as well as US Navy software (ATIS, SVTMs, PMS, SCLSIS, PC Bolts, etc.).
Experience with SUBSAFE program and required protocols.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Position Summary
The Electrical Designer applies creative design skill, knowledge of manufacturing techniques, and Computer Aided Design Drafting (CADD) practices to the generation of layout, assembly, schematics, and detail drawings of electro-mechanical packages, electrical, and electronic equipment of simple to moderate complexity. The Electrical Designer may also prepare sketches and other graphic information for use within technical documents, proposals, and sales-related documents. The Electrical Designer will often work alongside of or at the direction of engineers and more senior design staff learning how to independently take on more design responsibility.
Duties And Responsibilities
Under engineer and more senior designer direction, craft electro-mechanical packaging of industrial control panels and enclosures based on high-level concepts, schematics, and block diagrams using SolidWorks.
Apply creative design skills and CADD practices to the independent and collaborative generation of layout, assembly, and detail schematic and wiring/cabling drawings for electrical and electronic equipment of simple to moderate complexity using Altium Designer.
Independently develop original designs and interact with engineering and manufacturing personnel to ensure performance and efficiency of manufacturing, assembly, and integration.
Validate technical accuracy and completeness of all modelling and drafting
Prepare engineering drawings, layout and detailed design of mechanical systems using drafting techniques (SolidWorks or SolidWorks Electrical)

Prepare illustrations for technical electrical-mechanical documentation or design intents.

Position Summary
The Waterfront Engineering Manager coordinates, directs and manages the day-to-day efforts and work of Waterfront Engineers to effectively support production work across all MSD product lines (Submarines and Deep Submergence). This position is responsible for Continuous Improvement of Waterfront Engineering processes throughout Oceaneering's Marine Services Division (MSD) in Chesapeake, VA. Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinates, directs and manages the day-to-day Waterfront efforts to effectively support Project Engineers, Planners, and Test engineering groups support of production work across all MSD product lines (Submarines and Deep Submergence Systems).
Manages the workload to coordinate resources for the Waterfront area to effectively meet safety, cost and schedule constraints.
Formulates, reviews and updates engineering methods and processes to increase safety, quality and production effectiveness.
Provides independent judgment in the resolution of problems that may not be readily apparent due to unforeseen circumstances, vague symptoms or incomplete facts/figures.
Leads and participates in across-the-division process improvement efforts and training for better effectiveness and efficiency of work efforts.
Takes broad independent action to ensure the Engineering Department achieves its objectives on strategic and operational matters affecting major functions. Such actions are made in concert with senior management peers across the Division so as to improve effectiveness of the entire organization.
Seeks counsel and guidance from the Senior Engineering Manager and all members of management on issues and policies that affect the entire Division.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Nuclear, or Structural preferred).
Minimum five (5) years in a leadership role associated with maintenance, modernization, repair and overhaul of naval vessels or in process development or controls for a manufacturing company.
Extensive technical knowledge and/or at-sea operational experience with submarine, deep submergence and/or surface naval vessel hull mechanical, electrical and/or combat systems.
Minimum five (5) years' experience in the development of Technical Work Documents in support of critical and complex maintenance and repairs on submarines, surface combatants, Deep Submergence systems and manufacturing.

Position Summary
The Engineer IV applies advanced technical knowledge to Oceaneering's Marine Services Division's (MSD) engineering and design activities. This role is located in Chesapeake, VA.
