Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to fill an opening with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and will work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.
Requirements
Must have a Master's degree in Social Work
Must have successfully completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
Must maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW
Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.
Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required

Overview

Maintains refrigeration compressor and pump oils.
Identifies and replaces bearings and seals as required.
Maintains company standards for cleanliness, inspect all HVAC units in our plant, safety and productivity in the plant area.
Ensures compliance to quality, food safety and HAACP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
Restarts the Lantech stretch wrapper machine.
Welds with a stick welder on mild steel & have ability to use other types of welders with various metals.
Change out and clean & inspect all of the HVAC units in our plant.
Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical problems on lift trucks.
Must be able to read PID drawings.
Able to operate a forklift/ pallet jack/ boom lift and scissor lift
Must be able to PM/set-up and troubleshoot an egg pump
Able to put a freezer tunnel in defrost and back to normal operation
Performs other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

* Basic mechanical aptitude, basic math skills and ability to use basic gauges and measuring tools are required.
* High School Diploma or GED.

May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. The employee is regularly exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the plant is loud.
