Responsibilities
Proper safety equipment must be worn at all times. (i.e. ear plugs, hairnet, beard net, arm sleeves for tote packing, and safety glasses.)
Monitor and ensure quality of product in a high pace manufacturing setting.
Complete the corresponding documentation for each order.
Review work order routing notes for customer required packaging instructions.

Qualifications

Heavy Civil Division
. This safety-sensitive role is responsible for operating a variety of large construction equipment, including but not limited to Loaders, Backhoes, Track Hoes, Haul Trucks, and Water Trucks. The position also involves general labor tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, minor maintenance, and assisting with mechanical work to support heavy civil job site operations. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Participates in the timely evaluation of student progress and updates PCPD goals when students are not meeting CSS expectations.
Maintains communication with students' counselors, instructors, and with other staff members.
Attends staff in-service training sessions and other training or meetings as directed.
Establishes a close working relationship with students, dealing justly and impartially regardless of their ability, achievement or background, and works to motivate them toward goals.
Initiates and directs dormitory programs, utilizing Center services and activities to benefit students.
Transports students to various activities and events as needed.

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall coordination, administration, implementation, and management of recreation programs and activities.
Duties:
Develops, prepares and justifies a budget for areas of responsibility.
Controls and accounts for the expenditure of funds in accordance with the approved budget.
Coordinates, schedules and maintains related records for program and staff.
Keeps a daily record of attendance in the assigned recreational activities, arts and crafts, movie, weight room, intramurals, etc.
Maintains discipline, cleanliness and inventory control in all assigned areas.
Posts schedules of monthly activities and special events.
Submits list of monthly off-Center cultural activities and other events, which will be placed on the upcoming month's calendar of off-Center trips.
Responsible for updating or revising policies and procedures.
Trains, supervises and evaluates work performance of Recreation Specialists. Makes recommendations for hiring and termination.
Prepares schedules and assignments for recreation staff.
Provides for risk management practices, ensures all safety rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures staff is trained in safety procedures
Projects a positive self-image and encourages enthusiastic participation in recreation programs.
Chaperones and directs off-Center trips and ensures necessary funds are available for the trips.
Follows the CDSS/CSS/BMS plans and procedures daily.
Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.
Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
Maintains recreational equipment.
Models, mentors, and monitors appropriate career success skills.
Helps students become more employable through continuous reinforcement.
Participates in PRH mandated staff training.
Performs other duties as assigned within the individual's scope and capabilities

Associate Responsibilities
Utilize WMS effectively to conduct daily cycle counts, investigate errors/discrepancies, and cross referencing all data points for inventory integrity/order availability
Effectively investigate and correct discrepancies found during cycle counts and adjust inventory in WMS when issues are resolved
Demonstrate a high level of system accuracy
Identify issues and provide solutions to road blocks, resulting in improvements to department processes and procedures
Record and report all errors and discrepancies including internal process failures and external vendor compliance
Function as a support liaison to all departments in processing of current orders and improvement opportunities
Inspect, label, package, and process inventory from returns into active/sellable inventory
Sort and ensure returns inventory is assigned and transferred to correct warehouse designations (RCV vs 3PL)
Responsible for the timely reporting of problems in the work area to appropriate personnel as well as maintaining 5S, housekeeping, safety, and preventative guidelines
