**Responsibilities**
+ Mentor and support the development of junior superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and field engineers
+ Review and approve labor rates for Foremen, journeymen, and laborers to ensure fair compensation and cost control as well as adherence to the established budget
+ Assist management with contract administration activities by coordinating subcontractor interactions and field management meetings for effective communication.
+ Establish and maintain positive client and key vendor relationships by engaging with on-site staff and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
+ Participate in regular meetings with the client, engineer, and equipment manufacturer to address problems, enhance planning, and ensure project success.

**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years' construction experience with 3+ years being in a Superintendent/Leadership capacity
+ Hands on experience with piping installation and welding in addition to managing pipe installation work is preferrable. Commensurate experience managing piping installation with an applicable college or technical degree from an accredited institution is also acceptable.
+ Must be familiar with standard industry codes such as ASME B31.1 or B31.3 and AWS.
+ Must be familiar with industry standard welding means, methods, and procedures for piping and structural.
+ Must have the ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, spool drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs.
+ Familiarity and ability to navigate an engineering 3D model is preferred
+ Must be able to manage interface with other trades/crafts such as structural, scaffold, insulation, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation to coordinate, develop, and optimize work planning.
+ Experience in piping systems testing and commissioning is a plus
+ Familiarity with standard rigging practices and methods is a plus
+ Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Kiewit's policies, procedures and software programs.

Engineering Co-Ops will work under the supervision of our Department Managers to develop, implement, and maintain our systems to meet business objectives and goals. These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
* Provides support for process improvement projects. Projects involve chemicals, mechanical improvements, support for machine trials and investigations of new technologies
* Drives best practices in safe operations and ensures the safety of all operations, maintenance, and staff personnel
* Must learn quickly to analyze data
* Leads one or more projects that will be started and completed within the summer
* Conducts tests to evaluate potential process changes
* Research process equipment, including obtaining quotes, coordinating product trials, and making recommendations for purchase
* Assists in writing standard operating procedures and training manuals
* Provides engineering support to other departments as needed
* Presents to the department periodically and at the end of the Co-Op
* Other duties as assigned
What you will need:
To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Pulp and Paper Engineering
* GPA in major greater or equal to 2.5
* Pass an alcohol/drug screen before each co-op session
* Ability to be a self-starter, be self-directed, and take initiative to move forward with ideas; must be able to work with and influence others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
* Ability to effectively communicate orally, both in person and by telephone

Ensure merchandise is placed on sales floor effectively and that customer service is provided. Maintain a pleasant and polite customer service experience.
Ensure banking procedures are performed accurately.
Handle cash register functions and transactions including sales, voids, correct pricing, and giving receipts to customers. Ensure all cashiers are promoting the Roundup Program by asking each customer that comes through checkout if they would like to donate.
Assist in performing all necessary personnel functions as determined by company policies and procedures including record keeping, scheduling, payroll management, monthly budget, disciplinary functions, evaluations, and training.
Responsible for performing and supervising housekeeping duties. These duties include but are not limited to cleaning and straightening of the sales floor and production areas by sweeping, mopping, washing and/or dusting as needed.
Perform necessary record keeping and reporting of money, sales, and production in an accurate and timely manner. This includes, but not limited to, the correct operation and utilization of the Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment. All issues, problems or concerns with the POS system are reported immediately to the Retail Sales Executive.
Enforce and effectively communicate company policies and procedures to all employees.
