POSITION OVERVIEW The Production Supervisor is responsible for the entire production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our frozen and refrigerated production facility. Keeps management informed of food operations, maintenance, safety, and employee concerns/issues. 12. Anticipates and determines causes of delays in shift operations and takes appropriate action to meet production schedules. 13. Monitors food inventories. 14. Complies and enforces the rules and procedures relating to industrial safety Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Master Sanitation Plan and safety. 15. Supervises training of employees in operations, safety, quality standards, GMP's and HACCP procedures. 16.
