Essential Functions and Responsibilities The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Promote robust partnerships with industry and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of client needs using required tools (e.g., functional screen). Develop and implement individualized service plans with clients, families, and providers. Coordinate and authorize services according to service plans. Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based direct services. Maintain accurate documentation and electronic client records. Testify at legal proceedings and prepare court documents as required. Facilitate person- and family-centered team meetings. Collaborate with community resources, treatment teams, and supervisors to determine interventions. Participate in staff development, supervision, and professional seminars. Meet productivity expectations and agency standards. Travel daily to community locations; occasional overnight travel may be required. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services field (examples include Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Community Mental Health, Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Counseling, etc.). Experience: Prior experience in human services preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Satisfactory driving record per LSS Driver Safety Procedure. Ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of casework principles, human behavior, and social problems. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients. Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications. Crisis response skills and ability to work in varied community environments. This role serves as a positive role model for other team members and ensuring all activities are performed in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and brand of Goodwill NCW. Key Responsibilities Ensures 100% donor and customer delight by treating new and donated items with respect and showing appreciation to the customer. Ensures production goals are met per the direction of the team leader. Operates power equipment including baler, stacker and power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift) and loads/unloads trailers. Bales salvage donations while safely adhering to policies and procedures. Maximize salvage processing production to limit product backup and to meet and exceed salvage revenue goals of the department. Operate forklift as part of the salvage process and serve as back-up forklift operator to the logistics team. Packages and loads finished product into trailers to be shipped to customers. Maintains a safe, neat, clean and organized work area, ensures walkways are clear of debris and merchandise and dumps garbage as needed while using all proper safety equipment. Adheres to proper operation and handling of material moving equipment. Changes out full gaylords utilizing full forks method (pallet jack) and labels full gaylords. Safely bands and shrink wraps pallets of various products securely for transportation and build/breakdown gaylords. Properly and accurately handles all paperwork such as manifests, packing slips and trailer content sheets. Serves as a positive role model, demonstrates a can-do attitude and assists in peer training and coaching of new or developing Team Members. Monitors compactor pressures and alerts the leader when pick-ups are needed. Qualifications Education, Skills and Experience Requirements Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills are preferred. Outstanding customer service skills. Willingness to jump in and help where needed. Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred. At least a basic level of competency with computers or a willingness and ability to learn. Experience in operating a power pallet jack, power stacker, pallet jack, flatbed, tilt master, dolly, tilt truck, forklift, gaylord banding equipment or compactor is preferred. Willingness and ability to work various hours which may include holidays, evenings and weekends. At least a basic level of competency with Microsoft Windows and digital cameras is preferred (in E-Commerce role only).
