Per curriculum, he received another year of training at the renowned Indian Military Academy, and thereafter was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1965 (indianarmy.nic.in). This qualified him for a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Later, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Upon arriving in the U.S., Mr. Verma enrolled at New York University, where he acquired more knowledge in higher technology. Thereafter, for many years, he was responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing several mainframe applications in consulting assignments at a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1983, Mr. Verma founded DATA Inc., where he has served as its President, and has been devoted to its growth, ever since.
