the *Attorney for Agency Assisting Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence & Human Trafficking * The Staff Attorney is a member of the organization's Advocacy and Victims Services Department providing legal services, support, and advocacy to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of and interest in the dynamics of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. The Attorney provides advocacy and legal assistance and provides legal support and guidance for all agency advocates. Legal representation in court includes orders of protection, child custody modifications, legal guardianships, UVISAs and can include an advisor of choice for College Title IX hearings, landlord tenant and other legal issues affecting victims and their rights. There is an opportunity for an attorney who has a long term goal of being involved in litigation as we explore the expansion of the legal services available to crime victims.
*Agency Overview*
The Crime Victims Center (CVC) is the leading provider of comprehensive trauma-informed victim support services to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, all violent crime, and elderly, minor, and disabled victims of property crime. The CVC has transformed the delivery of comprehensive trauma-informed victim services for crime victims through its National Association of Counties award-winning referral process. In addition the organization provides sexual assault forensic examiner services and rape crisis counselor response for acute sexual assault victims who present at emergency departments.
*Responsibilities:*
The range of legal services provided for sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking victims runs the spectrum from legal information, referrals, advice, assistance, advocacy, and appearances in Nassau County courts for orders of protection and courtroom and medical accompaniment to sexual assault forensic examinations.
* Provide legal advocacy to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, including assistance in obtaining orders of protection.
* Assist in supporting CVC crime victim advocacy and courtroom advocate staff.
* Attend County stakeholder and other meetings as assigned.
* Maintain communication with other stakeholders in the family court and criminal court systems including the county attorney, district attorney, legal aide, probation, parole, and other federal and state law enforcement, supervisory and judicial staff.
* Lethality and safety planning with victims.
* Review of orders of protection, custody and family-related forms and maintenance of the forms for legal compliance.
* Coordinate with other attorneys for pro bono victim representation.
* Community outreach.
* Knowledge regarding women's rights and violence against women (domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking).
* Ability to write and speak persuasively.
* Assist in the development of new training programs.
* Ability to perform creative legal research and advocacy.
* Conduct and attend training.
* Medical accompaniment includes being on the hotline and response schedule.

Program Summary:
The Materials Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a structured, 18-24 months rotational program designed to develop future leaders within Peckham Industries' materials businesses. Participants rotate through core functional areas including quarry operations, plant administration, environmental compliance, quality control, safety, HMA operations, and sales.

The Regional Director of Sales will be assigned a territory comprised of approximately 12 communities in western Connecticut and New York. Physical Abilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and enhance patient care. This is a field role which will require daily local travel and occasional overnight travel in Virgina. Dependable personal transportation is necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job role. The functions are as follows but not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the facilities, working with facility leadership and floor staff to be the liaison between facility and pharmacy.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and working with facility and pharmacy to provide quality care to the customer
Provide support and guidance to facilities in regards to medication therapy and compliance, in collaboration with directors of clinical services and pharmacy operations
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
Identify opportunities for expanding services and introducing new products to meet client needs
Conduct training sessions and educational programs for facility staff on startups, and as requested by the customers. Training on facility and pharmacy systems will be required
Provide monthly onsite visits and reporting to the facility as part of ongoing customer success and improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients
Survey preparation for facilities
Medication cart/medication room inspections and medication pass observations as requested by facility
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Sitting for extended periods of time, computer usage including data entry for much of the workday, regular phone communication, handling paperwork and documentation, and participating in meetings. Field position requiring frequent local travel throughout the state and occasional overnight stays.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience: LPN or RN, with 1 or more years of experience, preferably in the Long Term Care or healthcare industry; or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Ability to handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism a must. Long term care pharmacy experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency. Pharmacy and medication distribution software (EMAR, Medbank, Frameworks preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as medication documentation, business correspondence and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and business correspondence; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers or employees of the organization. xevrcyc
