There are some nice staff.
Management is not only ineffective but retaliates when staff try to address discrimination or policies that are potentially harmful to clients.
Good health insurnace.
Nothing.

I did not experience joy while working at Greenwich House.
There are some nice staff members.
The leadership is not only ineffective but (some) are actively cruel. Super toxic environment.
Benefits.
Literally nothing about the CEO or leadership is likable. People get fired for making complaints to HR about discrimination and all the good staff who isn't fired eventually leave.
Transparency, accountability, new leadership and an ethical HR department would be a crucial first step.
I didn't really need to prepare for the interview.
It was a average compensation.
There was limited LGBTQ+ people (openly, at least) in leadership.
