Job Details: This position is responsible for all refrigeration equipment repair or replacement. The Refrigeration Maintenance crew has had all the necessary training to work on refrigeration equipment and handles any work orders for the ammonia compressors, freezers, cooling units, etc. Any refrigeration equipment that breaks down during processing is repaired or replaced. This position also includes making rounds and documenting system conditions (i.e. temperatures, pressure, inspections, etc.) and notifying the appropriate person if conditions are not within tolerance ranges.
